As an amazon flex driver: My husband and I enjoy doing this . We are always going somewhere different. The reviews are a little upsetting, as we are going to different states / cities that we aren't familiar with to deliver packages. It's not that we are taking our time in delivering packages , we have to drive 1 hour to the place and on top of that not being familiar with roads and dirt roads that are beyond frustrating. People need to stop complaining and start being thankful for the work that goes into getting the packages to you. If your gate is closed, we aren't going to open it, if your dog is hanging out , outside we aren't going to get out for safety reasons, if you're complaining about the time it was delivered and "how late we are" consider that we are driving from other states and places to get your package to you in the safest and most efficient way possible. Please just start being thankful. Without drivers you wouldn't have your packages. And even so the pay isn't that great! And there aren't tips either.

This place is friendly when we pull up and they will answer questions and explain things well to drivers! Thanks for being what you are!

We've been ordering from Amazon for a very long time and until a couple of weeks have never had an issue with deliveries. Now we've had two...April 11th and April 21st. Our packages have been delivered to the wrong address both times. Our address is and has always been right in the system with Amazon, but these two packages were delivered to two other addresses. Both pics in the email where they were delivered is not my address!! I hope today's delivery is delivered correctly because it is a birthday present for tomorrow!

I've been an Amazon customer for over 25-years. It's never been worse than the past several months since the Dothan operation took over deliveries in my area. It appears the bulk of my orders originate in Hebron, KY and travel to Atlanta, GA, and then to Dothan, AL. Once they hit Dothan, it's anybody's guess. I've had two this month "out for delivery" that just disappeared. I've just started ordering directly from the source and cutting Amazon out of the loop. It saves the seller 15% in Amazon fees and they use UPS, FedEx or USPS which all have a better record than Amazon Dothan. They'll get it worked out, but I'll stay on the sidelines until they do.

Order says delivered and left at front door. Ring camera never went off so I was confused. I check the front porch and surrounding area and nothing is here. Amazon says wait for three days to report to them. Independent Amazon delivery drivers and you can’t follow a map? Perhaps you’re in the wrong job.

Small yard. The entrance and exit are very poorly designed, and they connect to a narrow residential street. Truck drivers coming here during the day have to be extremely careful when entering and exiting, as there’s a lot of traffic.

Your delivery drivers need to understand that it is a federal offense for them to even open a USPS mailbox much less deliver their packages in it instead of taking them to the customer’s door. We have to pull Amazon packages out of the mailboxes to deliver USPS packages. Again, it’s a federal offense to go inside a homeowner’s mailbox unless you are associated with the USPS

Apathetic inconsiderate drivers (multiple) diving across my grass. About to try and contact a manager if can find a phone number. Next, ordering your puncture strips from Amazon...

Since this center opened, I have more delayed packages than I ever had before. Shouldn't a local fulfillment center provide faster delivery, not late deliveries?
