Best 5 hours of my day. This was a very nice Nordic spa. There were several large and small saunas, cold and hot pools (the 2 steam rooms were down when I was there). There is a ‘finish’ sauna and a ‘signature’ sauna that are quite large but able to get up to the 170 degrees. The signature sauna is lined to salt rock. Outside of each of the big saunas and steam rooms are cold pools of varying temps and depths. There are also multiple hot tubs. Then there is a little Forrest walk in the back that has smaller more private hot tubs and saunas. No phones allowed. Bring a water bottle (not metal) there are plenty of fill stations. Also amazing restaurants inside. It was a cold windy and rainy day - which is the PERFECT day for a Nordic spa.
Recommendations: They asked several times if I had been before and I said no, but they gave no map/tour/ or information. I spent the first 10 minutes walking around trying to understand what was available. Also on this windy day there were a lot of pine needles and things in the pools would have been good to clean them up more frequently.

We just wanted to pamper ourselves, and it worked. It was not really busy while we were here (9/3/24), which was nice. The steam room was out of order, and without even saying anything, they took 15% off for that reason. Very friendly and helpful staff, and beautiful setting. We talked about wanting to come back in the winter.

I recently went for my 4th visit. It’s always such a relaxing experience and I always look forward to going. The only improvements could be to deep clean. It was dirtier than I have experienced in the past but maybe it was just a busy week.

This was my first visit to a Nordic Spa. The customer service was wonderful. The steam rooms were down, but everything else was available during my stay. The process was explained very well, and the locker rooms were nice with everything you could need. I visited during the shoulder season when the hotel wasn't as busy, so the spa wasn't as full until their twilight hours started. Even then, it wasn't too busy. I will definitely be back to indulge again.

Beautiful setting and facilities! No phones allowed outside the locker rooms. I suggest going early as it got busy after 1 pm. We stayed for 5 hours soaking in the different hot tubs, detoxifying in steam rooms and saunas and exfoliating in the Exfoliation cabin. We ate in the Bistro which was very good despite small menu. Finally we ended the day with an awesome Nordic couples 60 minute massage. It rained the whole day and made for a magical experience so don't let that deter you. Would definitely return maybe when it snows! Thanks Alyeska!

This was a perfect day after the previous night of going out for a Bachelor Party. The facilities were very clean, plenty of amenities, and the service was great. Make sure to swap between cold and hot pools! The cafe was decent for the price, but it was very cozy since you could go in your robes and it was a short walk away. All the tubs looked clean with no foam or overpowering chlorine smell.

The location and facilities are a 10/10. It’s a wonderful place to relax and spend the day. However I will say that the service and staff were absolutely terrible. For example, we wanted to eat at the restaurant and waited for the longest time to get seated even though it was not busy at all. Once we finally got seated, the waitress kept making chatty conversation with a couple seating at the another. There were only three tables, including ours, with customers at this point. We kept waiting and waiting for her to come and take out order but she kept chatting with the other table so we stood up and left to go eat at the bar/lounge area. We went to the bar to place our food order and as we were telling the bartender about what happened, that same waitress approached the bar and heard us complain about what had just happened. We told her why we left and she got really defensive about it, did not even apologize for the poor service and instead acted disrespectful towards our complains.

Second, when I first entered the pool area I was followed by a staff member for quite a bit until she finally stopped me. She approached me with a harassing tone telling me I needed to go back to the locker room and put my phone away because I snapped a picture of the area and it was against the rules. She threatened to “kick us out” if I used my cellphone one more time. Her overall tone and the way she approached us was very disrespectful and patronizing. It almost felt as if we were being treated like criminal for snapping a picture. I will admit that I did break the rules by taking a picture of the area. I did made sure I didn’t capture any other guests in the picture. But it was a mistake to do so and I’ll own up to that. That being said, regardless of me breaking the no photo rule I should have not been treated the way I did and borderline harassed by that staff member. Her following me and my partner made us physically uncomfortable.
