Spent $400 tonight and had the worst experience with the store manager “Erika”. She was condescending, rude, and questioned my ability to speak English because I am bilingual. Multiple items were on the sale rack that did not ring up on sale, and she yelled at my daughter because she had trouble understanding they were not actually on sale. When another customer had the same issue at the same time as us and pulled multiple from the sale rack, she laughed at her took the items and hid them back in the store. She was beyond rude and should not be in a position of authority.

Awful experience with the store manager Erica at the Altard State store in Huntsville. I included a photo from the website which shows two pants under the EXACT same name, both pants were on the sales rack, and the sales associate who confirmed they were on sale stated she was new AFTER Erica was extremely rude and unprofessional in front of multiple customers, almost bringing her new hire employee to tears. Erica then INSISTED someone placed them on the rack “by accident” when there was multiple pairs I pulled from the rack in front of her and walked to her, then she stated I placed them there… the pants have the EXACT same name as seen in the attached photo, and the sales representative confirmed they showed on sale on her end. I used to come here once a week and have probably spent over half my income here, but I REFUSE to come back as long as she is the store manager. She humiliated her new employee, called me a liar in front of my family and multiple customers, then asked if I could “afford” the clothes I was buying when I asked the new girl checking me out to confirm they were on sale. Even on sale, the items are still priced $30-$60 each. For how much the clothing cost and the company branding of being “kind” to others, they hired the worst possible store manager for the job. I would rather shop elsewhere then be humiliated in public by a rude manager.

Shopping for clothes makes me incredibly anxious, but the wonderful ladies here made the experience so easy. Alex was incredibly friendly, I really felt valued as a customer and will definitely be coming back. Don’t get me wrong, the prices were pretty expensive but they were very cute and well made clothes. The sale section had quite the selection too. The customer service of this store was the best I’ve ever experienced. They complimented me when I was trying clothes on, which made me feel like they really cared. Definitely will be coming back! Thank you guys!!!

Excellent store, excellent service, excited about the new extended sizes available in the store. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was greeted by two different people. The store manager was very helpful, trying to find my sizes in the clothing I liked. She even offered to call me when more sizes of the items I liked came in. The sales associate that handled my purchase was very friendly and complimentary of the items I chose, which made me feel very good about my purchase. I will continue to shop at this store in the future.
