I was doing a shakedown of my motor swapped track car at Thunderhill and I lost a bolt! My husband and I took another one out to the local Ace hoping to find a match and the friendly young employee was able to match it in less than 5 mins! Thank you Ace for saving my track day, went right back out and had a blast! (The cashier was very nice too, I showed him a pic of my Honda kicking a vette's tush and he thought it was cool, LOL!) Thanks again, I'm happy to have you guys so close by the track!

Good selection of products! Staff is nice and helpful.. price is decent for a small town update for 2025. Last couple times I’ve gone in here the older gentleman that’s up at the front just stares you down, doesn’t say welcome in, doesn’t ask if he can help you find anything basically just stares you down until you stop looking ay him. Very rude. He may actually be the manager, but I don’t think he should be in this position with that type of Customerservice.. may not come back in here again.

I was in this store little over a week ago 9/1/2024 the young guy employee helped me and I was looking at paint colors but, I was looking for a specific color. I ended up making a purchase of something else at the front counter. The lady there at first seemed friendly but, towards at being rung out I got a fake vibe from her she looked off from me. As I walked out I just said to myself her problem. I NEVER gave a reason for her doing that. I don't like fake people NOT AT ALL. I'm only focusing on my experience with her. It doesn't matter what other comments she got. She needs to brush up on her attitude!! The 3 stars is my overall experience but not for her though.

I love coming in here when I’m in town. Staff is professional and always helpful. I’m always able to find what I need and if I don’t I know someone would come & help and/or answer my questions or make suggestions. I’m never standing there waiting for any help. Nicely situated & easy to find items. Nice gift section as well. Plenty of parking out front.

What an Ace Hardware. Super helpful staff. I didn't have a lot of room for trash on my worksite so they let me debox my purchase in store and disposed of it. They really went the extra mile at every turn.
