no call - no show. Twice. Guess they think GV residents have nothing better to do than wait around forever.

Had a fella come out to see if he could fix our deep freezer. He was friendly but did nothing but tell us we needed to buy a new compressor at $1000 which is the same price as a new one. Two star for charging us $90 for diagnostic (he only listened for the compressor and didn't even look at it) for a 5 minute visit.

Called with a dishwasher problem. They were upfront about all charges, showed up when they said they would, gave me my options for repair/replace and I now have a working dishwasher. George went above and beyond expectations getting us back on line. Would definitely use again!

Vince was able to immediately see what was causing ice to firm in the bottom freezer drawer of my new refrigerator. He removed all the ice and mopped up any water on the floor. He realigned the seal (which was not installed properly by the manufacturer) which fixed the problem. A word of caution: if you buy a new refrigerator, make sure all the door seals are properly sealed before the installers leave!

Just had a very positive experience with Al’s Appliances. My 3 year old GE dishwasher died. Really wanted to buy local but was hesitant with all the mixed reviews. Appliances can be hard to find right now but Al’s had the KitchenAid model I wanted in stock. They scheduled installation for a week out. Two days later Stephanie called and said because they were getting a backlog they were going to start Saturday delivery and could install mine the next day. I was ecstatic! Vince called before he came, showed up on time and wore a mask when in the house. Very professional and fast. I love supporting a local business and bonus when it is owned by a woman!

due to a maintenance agreement on my refrigerator I was given this repair shop. I waited all morning no phone call zip! he left a paper that he had arrived. no phone call , I was in the bathroom and he didn’t call because I didn’t request one!!! disappointed Parker the one answering for phone appt. was rude and discourteous. I have to reschedule due to maintenance agreement , they will hear from me. very disappointed!!!!

The repair person was courteous. Vince, who answers the phone and schedules appointments, is rude and condescending. When I asked about the repair and mentioned the possibility that I might prefer to purchase a new refrigerator (from them), he was so impatient on the phone that I said he should be more aware of how he comes across to customers as his behavior was off-putting. He responded that maybe I should go elsewhere. I said "good idea, I'll do that and also tell others they should do the same". All the negative reviews are justified. I recommend anyone else but this company and will also complain to Kitchenaid/Whirlpool.

The Owner Tamera Turner is a rude and ignorant. Haines owner!!!Contracted this company through our home warranty and the initial visit was fine the gentleman was funny and efficient. He needed to order parts and said they would contact us when they came and that is when it's all went down hill! Long story short, over a month went by and no one kept in contact. We tried calling and leaving voice messages and never received calls back. Our realtor ended up being called and sent invoices because Al's Appliance thought that was a solution instead of contacting the homeowners. When I emailed the lady, Tamera Turner, about this and told her what was going on, She basically ignored me and said I should talk to the realtor and get things right and if I'm not satisfied I should just go somewhere else and use another business. No help whatsoever! She never answered questions or tried to help when the entire thing was her business fault! I feel bad for her employees! I filed a complaint with the BBB OF southern Arizona and cancelled our service through our home warranty!
