Small town businesses that have lasted decades, especially through the Corona virus times, are powerful examples of American drive and fortitude. The fact that Alpine Lumber is also employee-owned makes it a 1-in-a-thousand business.

Alpine is a bit more expensive on some items than other outlets, however their breadth of products and exhaustive offerings in every hardware store category makes it the place you know you will find what you need.

I have had 12 window screens made here so far and have 3 more to go. Excellent work and faster than I could ever expect. And at an incredible price for each screen. I also needed a specific drill bit that would go through a 12" wood wall and Alpine had 3 or 4 different sizes to fit the job.

Architecturally, Alpine Lumber's building belongs in the museum-like category. I can't explain more than to say that it is again, a one-of-a-kind building for a one-of-a-kind business.

If you’re looking for lumber, they have everything you need. Before you buy at Ace Hardware, you might want to check their prices out for certain things because they are cheaper than Ace Hardware. I found that some of their prices are really comparable to Home Depot and the closest Home Depot is Pueblo Colorado.

The folks at this location we're very attentive. Immediately welcomed and greeted. When I went into the yard to pickup my number, the young man out there was friendly and helpful. He picked out quality lumber with very few flaws in it. Loaded it into my minivan for me while keeping up a good conversation. I recommend these folks to anyone.

If you need wood supplies, this business has it, or will work with you. Their customer service is almost one on one. Thats good!!I get very good advise on electrical and plumbing products. As well, on stucco products. Your money goes farther here and always is well spent!
