I purchased work shirts with my logo embroidered on them and they look amazing. They had the shirts done quickly and on the day they promised. Will definitely use them again.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They took over 4 weeks to put some letters on a jersey and still got it wrong. But worse they spilled coffee or something all over an autographed jersey that cannot be replaced and blamed my son the customer!

Had shirts for three weeks after two weeks I stopped by to see exactly what was happening. I was told we will have them done end of the day Thursday the following week. So at 330pm i called because again hadn't heard from them. Put on hold for a while lady comes back on and says bad news you cant get them till tomorrow, them knowing i had to leave early the next morning with these shirts. I was told well he is leaving at 4 so it wont be done. So I went over to pick my shirts up which were balled up and thrown in a box not folded like they received them. Lazy Not committed nor care about their customers. I do not recommend they will no longer have my business.

We have had them do all of our sons birthday signs as well as tshirts as well as some other vinyl and they have always been VERY quick and VERY well priced! I recommend them to everyone I know!

Be careful ordering online. I ordered a large shirt for school and it looks like a 1xl, the shirt sleeves fall down to the elbows, very unprofessional look. The shirt with shipping was $44 dollars, ridiculously overpriced and the shirt is of cheap quality. Will never order from here again! The Embroidery was the only detail I liked.

i paid for a shirt, they charged me shipping even before putting my address in, not only that they lost my package and said it was not their responsibility. Well I paid you to deliver the package to me how is that not your responsibility? its like going to a restaurant and you order food to a server, and when you've waited an hour and ask where your food is the server responds with "i don't know go talk to the cook" very unproffesional, overpriced. horrible customer service

Poor quality work and the owner was unapologetic about his error and even became rude with us. I highly recommend finding a different company if you are in need of embroidery. By the looks of the other reviews here, I am not the first customer that was treated so poorly. How can a business survive with such poor customer service?
