Awful store manager by the name of John. Won’t take returns from purchases bought at other stores because he clearly doesn’t want to take a loss. His words “I can’t resell these they’ve been worn” after being tried on only because we only needed to try different sizes 🙂 don’t shop here or at least beware of the manager. Clearly deals with a lot of returns and is unwelcome towards those customers that need to process. Don’t take your job so seriously <3 By the way our return was accepted over the phone after sending photos. Thanks customer service! Aldo - work on your service training.

First time trying Aldo. I ordered 2 pairs online. Tried them on at home, decided to keep one pair. I put the ones I plan on returning back in the box. Today, I brought them to the store trying to return. Store associate told me they look worn and are not resellable. I said I literally tried them on in my bedroom and never even went outside. The clear stickers on the bottom of the shoes were still intact. Ok maybe my bedroom floor was a bit dirty, so the bottom of the shoes looks not so clean. I asked if she can just wipe them down. She turned around and told me the wipes are brand new hinting I’d have to pay for them. I just wanted some paper towels and water. She told me to return online which I believe there’s a $4.99 restocking fee of the sort. Anyways I walked out, walked to the nearest bathroom used some paper towels and water and the bottom of the shoes looked brand new as I stated originally and I suppose she agreed because she took them right back! I wish I took pictures. But I already spent too much time on these shoes. I arrived at the mall at 10am by 10:10 the store still wasn’t open yet so I walked around some more until 10:30 when they finally opened. I hate to be a Karen but I’d never purchase another pair from Aldo again.

I hate going shoe shopping, however, going in there not really looking for anything and leaving with boots, definitely made it all too easy. I was greeted and attended by Nancy, a great, caring and very patient young girl. I would recommend this 100%. Best experience ever!

I want to recognize Klarissa and Morgan Rose for their customer service. They was fully engaged and had a smile the whole time while helping me out. You can definitely tell they have great customer service right off the top. Both of them are assets to the company & make the brand look good, trust. I hope to run into them hevery time I enter the store they’re definitely vibe. Last but not least is Johnny, the store manager. You’ll see why once you enter. Personally I would come to this location rather than Cerritos. Cerritos has some rude employees however, when I came to Lakewood, I encountered a entirely different experience. Just want to say thank you to all three .

The staff at Aldo are very welcoming and assist their customers really well. When entering the store you can already tell that the store environment is really clean and organized. One of the employees that helped me a lot was Klarissa she was really helpful and helped me find what I was looking for when shopping at Aldo she was also very welcoming.
