The salesman was attentive and knowledgeable. I’d already purchased items from another store but cancelled that order. Andy is an experienced salesman.

The delivery team however was very unprofessional. There was a big gap between the oven and countertop and they refused to try to fix it. Said “we’ve done our job”. Luckily Johnny, the microwave installer was there. He turned the legs to level the oven. Boom - fixed! He did a great job on the microwave too. He really knows what he’s doing and IS professional! It’s one thing to do your job - Its another to to do your job right. If you want customers to recommend your company, Albo needs to improve the service of your delivery people. I could not give 5 stars for these reasons.

I've had the best experience with Albo appliances. I was referred to Albo by SubZero/Wolf in July 2023 when I was looking for appliances for a new home. I dealt exclusively with Drew who was amazing to work with. He assisted me throughout the ordering process, kept me up to date on the progress of my order, was responsive to all emails and calls, and was helpful when I experienced significant delays associated with getting into my new home. We have had the best experience with Drew H from Albo for all our appliance needs. Our online interaction started when we needed a new washer and dryer. I was recovering from a health matter and needed his expertise in finding us the perfect washer and dryer to fit in a specific space. Our Maytag washer and dryer were the perfect fit. Last year we needed a new counter depth refrigerator and Drew found us the perfect GE refrigerator. Six months later we needed a very specific downdraft range.Drew once again came through for us and last week we purchased an over the range whirlpool microwave. Andy did an excellent job helping us get what we needed for our kitchen remodel at an excellent price. Delivery was smooth and even though we had issues with getting one of the items in the right spot they were great about rescheduling once a solution could be found on our end. Highly recommend!
