Got denied beer in our purchase because someone in our party had a vertical ID that was over 21+. Called to verify on their policy and the excuse was “precaution to secret shoppers”. She continued to explain that in order to purchase alcohol at Albertsons, no one in the group can be under/over 21 w/out valid ID. It made all of us feel really uncomfortable. Do better for your customers.

I purchased fresh green beans and when I got them home discovered black spots and in center of bag a glob of slimy mildew. I took them back to the store and the lady I talked to asked for my receipt so I told her I paid cash and did not get a receipt so she informed me there was nothing she could do and walked away. Better ask whoever works in produce to check stuff better.

The assistant director Thad, was very aggressive and rude towards my 70 year old grandmother. Pitiful chain of command here with embarrassing management. Did not try to resolve the problem at all but continued to get more and more aggressive. Embarrassing.

I came in to grab a couple of things for dinner and the self checkout was having a moment and Elias helped me. They were super nice, patient and understanding. Every time I come in Elias is always so nice! Thanks for making my quick trips to the store a reason to smile!
