They had the nerve to send a disconnection notice after I paid my bill I went in to ask and the little lady behind the thin plastic wanna get a little smart at the mouth I told her i got my bill on a Wednesday and paid it Friday she said it still doesn't matter it wasn't paid by the due date if I got it in the mail last what the heck I suppose to do! It's the getting smart at the mouth part Alabama Power just don't care and the lil workers need to be taught how to talk to people better cause soon as you get smart back they wanna call the police like SO!
