The woman in the store was so helpful. We went in with our phone and she had to help figure out how to get it to Spectrum. She was so kind as well. Impressed!

I had a package going overseas. I was going crazy reading how complicated it sounded. Until I ended up here! They made it so easy for me. They even Google Earth it making sure the address we had matched the company I was sending too! DHL got it delivered in four days.

I recently visited AIM office and had a fantastic experience with Jolie the associates. She was incredibly friendly and greeted me with a warm smile. She was also very knowledgeable and efficiently handled my shipping needs. Her attention to detail ensured that my package was properly packaged and addressed, giving me peace of mind. Really poor Customer Service! Poor work ethics. The guy that works there is not very helpful, and not customer service oriented.
There are so many other Mail Centers!

Customer Service, at this Aim Mail Center, is not top priority!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Mrunal and her team were incredibly professional and compassionate. I had a printing crisis while in CA for work and they stayed with me to fix the issue. Mrunal even stayed an hour after closing to make sure I got everything I needed. She showed me what true human compassion looked like and I am so grateful for her. Thank you a thousand times!

I sent email to open a mail box as nearby center is closing soon and I didn't get reply after 24 hrs. I think they are either not checking their email or they don't care for any inquiry over phone or email so I tried the UPS store across street and what i got instant reply in 1 Hr. with all details about process of opening a mailbox remotely with price and offers and that's called a customer service even prices are very reasonable for their mail box

I have attached both pictures of where the mail was sent and the email address i got online if its wrong then your website is wrong and this is more bigger blunder if its right then you need to check your email properly. So please ask for more details before jumping to conclusion of my error.

There's a young girl working as customer service rep and she is nice. They say they offer DHL services and I called on the phone and the man said he could help me ship via DHL. Once there, the guy working there did not try to help me send a return item to China. The young girl needed help and he walked away carelessly and negligently. That was very unprofessional and ill mannered.
