I've owed this review for a while.
This little establishment is fantastic and so are the staff.
I had an issue and they went out of their way to see me quickly, address the problem even faster, and then tried to charge me less than my timeframe requirement should have cost. They did a bunch of testing and found a bad SATA port. They could have told me the entire board needed replacing, and I wouldn't have known better.
They seemed supportive of the community, offering handmade cards to support some local kid's goals.
They also had an autographed picture of Gowron (son of M'rel)/Robert O'Reily on the wall that should really qualify them for 6 stars.
Definitely suggest this place over a box store service if you have PC needs.

Thanks for your expertise and knowledge for wiping my computer clean and setting up windows for the system. I was reading online about the good reviews for this establishment. I decided to give them a try. I highly recommend that's the reason I'm giving them a 5 star rating. We can support small business in Winter Haven on Cypress Gardens Blvd.

I brought a PC in for service... A bunch of extra fees that weren't disclosed upfront were added while the system was in the shop.. I corresponded over phone and voicemails for weeks as well as physically going into the shop a handful of times, not once was it mentioned to me that they were tacking on additional cost beyond what I initially paid. So at pickup when they quoted me the increased price I brought all of this to their attention, they simply hung on to the idea that I would've been told at the time despite me standing there in-front of them telling the guy I was not informed of the additional cost at all therefore taking away my ability to accept or decline the extra paid service.

Not sure what happened to my "OneDrive" but it had gone rogue, was changing the names of files, wouldn't let me save anything to my PC and I was going nuts trying to figure it all out. Finally decided to let someone else manage it and SO glad I did. My computer is back to normal! OneDrive is history, and I am thankful!! Great job!

I took my laptop on Monday to this location, and the next day they called me to inform me that the laptop was already fixed, I was totally impressed, Jaren was very nice and helpful, I highly recommend this place to anyone who has problems with their computer or laptop, awesome place.

I recently had my Toshiba laptop diagnosed and repaired at Affordable Computer Geeks in Winterhaven, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I walked in, the team was attentive and eager to assist with my specific needs.

I explained that my laptop’s battery had expanded, causing issues with the keyboard, touchpad, and power supply. They understood the situation right away and were more than willing to work with my electronics insurance requirements. They provided a detailed diagnostic report for only $20, which I found very reasonable given my experience in the tech industry. The report was promptly emailed to me so I could forward it to my insurance company for repair authorization.

After receiving the report, I paid for the necessary parts upfront, and they ordered them immediately. To my surprise, they had my laptop ready the very next day! I was incredibly impressed with the fast turnaround time, especially since I wasn’t expecting such quick service from any repair shop. Unfortunately, due to my own scheduling conflicts, I wasn’t able to pick it up until after Labor Day. However, the laptop was ready and waiting for me as soon as I could get there.

The team not only repaired my laptop quickly but also ensured everything was functioning perfectly before returning it to me. They even took the time to condition the new battery by fully discharging and recharging it, a crucial step that many might overlook.

Affordable Computer Geeks provided both top-notch technical service and exceptional customer care. They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of electronics repairs.

I took my PC here for testing & diagnostic... they preformed other services outside the testing that I didn't ask for, that they didn't inform me they were going to do and then later held me responsible for paying for it, even though I never asked them to do it
