I need to give a shout out to Don, who works at this location. He went above and beyond in helping my son, who was having an absolutely horrible day with his car. We've all had those days at one time or another, and Don made sure that his day didn't get even worse by helping him get a replacement radiator and battery. Even when the radiator replacement turned out to be a factory defect, Don made it right and quickly got him another replacement under warranty. Awesome service, and you can tell he cares about the customer.

Don was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond helping to replace my battery and explained every step to me. Most people do the bare minimum, especially around close but Don went above and beyond. Great service!

My husband brought our Honda by tonight for a battery replacement. Don helped him, and even noticed that a part of our alternator was loose which was why the battery wasn’t getting a charge. He tightened the loose piece, installed the battery, and sent him back home to me. Thank you Don for having a good eye and helping my husband keep our car safe to put our baby in. 🙂
