“I purchased a pair of shoes from the Adidas store at Stoneridge Mall. Unfortunately, they didn’t fit well, so I tried to return them after two weeks with the original receipt and box. However, because I didn’t have the tags, the store manager refused to process the return. The shoes were in excellent condition, but the manager was extremely rude and dismissive. It felt like his ego got in the way of good customer service. Very disappointing experience—will think twice before shopping here again!”

WRONG price tag and TERRIBLE customer service. My family and I went to this store at 2/19/2023, we found out the store was 50% off additional, final price would register at counter. So we picked the shoes (see pictures from references). We realized that the price should be $69.98 then 50% off, not $95 then 50% off. It was the same shoes model that displayed on the section. When we asked the staff at counter, they said the price was wrong but they could not do anything. This was REALLY surprised us and first time for the terrible service I got in Adidas stores. I think the manager or the company need to train employees about customers services. Overall, just disappointed.

Well, this review is an update on the previous one. I'd given 2 stars because of the poor customer service, rude managers one after another, but I mentioned a girl named Alison and said how kind she is. Well, she is the reason that I am updating the rate...giving adidas 5 star. This person is amazing. I've had the most pleasant experiences every time been in the store. She is devoted. Always has a smile, zero attitude, and I realized all staff love her too because of her positive personality. Thank you so much🙏

Attention regional manager at this location. The store manager tonight wouldn’t let me in the store at 6:55 even if the store closes at 7. I told him I just wanted to return a single item. There was no line at the register. I told him it was 6:55. He said, I know what time it is and that he’s the manager so he said it’s closed. I understand he wants to go home. It’s Sunday it’s almost closing time but I wasn’t trying to shop around. If he has someone good at the register then they could do a quick return. He doesn’t want to stay open til 7 then he shouldn’t sign up for a closing shift.
