This is a phenomenal store, add to
that the amazing customer service provided and naturally given to
customers from Alicia J.
As we know, gold star customer service cannot be totally taught or learned, but rather the innate set of good genes, Alicia, the store doesn't need a welcome sign or a welcome mat, your bright smile shares the neon of Route 66! The entry or aisles are clear of stock, it's a very shopable store that's also ADA compliant?
I'm an east coaster, I've been in the store three times and see the interactions, the pride of keeping the store stocked and presentable and the laughs. I'm sure all the employees are great, but, Alicia has been the go-to gal who's not afraid to muscle thru the inventory to help customers like me find what I'm looking for. L.L. Bean of Freeport, Maine said that "Customer service is my bread and butter before the sale itself, without returning customers, there is no bread to butter,
so, if I don't pay attention to happy customers, i might as well close up shop."

Great experience! My wife and I came in to look for some gifts, and were instantly greeted by the owner! She was great. Super helpful, and had some local tidbits of information which was nice! The inside of the shop was loaded with cool merchandise, mostly Route 66 themed as the name of their store implies! Some cool items you can’t find online! Reasonably priced! If you spend more than $10 in the shop, you get to spin a wheel to win a prize! Stop here if you’re in Williams! This store is cool!

My favorite Route 66 chotchkie store on Rt 66. This one is in Williams, AZ. If this place doesn't have it, they probably don't make it.
