Absolutely the best. Trustworthy, an incredible find, one stop shop. Mark and his team are best in class. My situation was an major emergency structural problem. The professionalism and customer focus was 5 star plus. Then I had them address some typical maintenance projects resulting in 100% satisfaction. This business needs to be replicated throughout the U.S., I was traveling through the state, 1000 miles from home and needed some serious help and I'm so glad Mark and his team Action RV Specialists was there. I'll be back.

We have been dealing with this company for almost a year. I don’t think we have ever been greeted by the same front office employee which should have been a red flag. There were a lot of delays in the process, some but not all were insurance related. Their prices did seem high and the insurance company took issue with the charges. I initially sided with Action RV even though I too thought the charges were excessive for the work actually done and I just paid the difference but now I am beginning to think the insurance company was correct. Several thousand dollars later, we were happy that our camper van was finally fully functional. We excitedly started the preparations for a several week trip starting tomorrow only to find out two of the repairs were not actually accomplished. We headed down to Action RV thinking (incorrectly) that any reputable company would want to stand by their work and correct the problem immediately. Multiple excuses later we realized that just wasn’t going to happen. Bottom line is this company seems dollar focused while doing low quality work without the integrity to make sure things are done satisfactorily. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Service has always been outstanding. I was disappointed, however, about the quality of the screen door latch/handle. I bought one less than a year ago, and it broke. I had to buy a new one yesterday.

Let’s face it everyone wants a RV not everyone wants to pay for the repairs that they sometimes need in order to keep them on the road and beautiful… However; if you’re in and around the Los Lunas/Albuquerque New Mexico Location this is the perfect go to RV repair/store/expertise… I likedthem from the moment I called and made in a reservation to bring my coach in… Even more when they began to work and clean up! MARC, the owner stepped right out to greet me, Jewel at the front desk very knowledgeable at the computer and Chris my repair man… Terrific! Thank you, Action RV

I have found Action RV to be helpful with repairs on my 5th wheel, advice for performing my own repairs, ordering parts when necessary, most of which arrived next day. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Action RV has been my go-to place for my recreational equipment for 10 years.

All of these wonderful reviews makes us even more puzzled as to why our experience was so bad. We took our camper in to have the refrigerator fixed, which they said they could not do. Instead, they replaced it with one that is incompatible both in size and amperage with our camper. When a fuse/circuit breaker blew on the first day after picking it up, they did not stand by their work to fix the problem, whatever it is. Now we are $5,000 in debt and afraid to use our camper because of more fuses burning out or the camper catching on fire. At 77 years old, this is not how we wanted the end of our lives to be.

Addendum to this review of Action RV: turns out there is a little button on the resettable fuse for our refrigerator --push that, and voila, the refrigerator works. Seems weird that the mechanic didn't know about this little button, but then how could they have charged $400 to "diagnose" the problem? And a new fuse? $11.05, not $120. Installation? 2 minutes, not an hour's labor. And no Mark, I don't need a five page "explanation" of why you didn't fix our RV.
