RUDE! Horrible customer service. Yelled at customers for being on their phones. I was looking at clothes on a rack that were being saved or not for sale (there was no sign or indication) and was yelled at as well. There were some nice employees but the management (owner I believe) was a nightmare to shop around. They also called police on a homeless person who was near their shop, not causing in harm or bothering anyone, trying to stay out of the rain and warm. The shopping environment is not friendly nor welcoming. I thought it might've been a bad day, but every time I came back, which was several times, I had an unpleasant experience. I found amazing pieces but everything is VERY overpriced. For the poor treatment of their customers alone, I suggest going elsewhere. There is nothing particularly special about this thrift store and so many amazing thrift stores around town who treat customers with decency.

I agree with Jules review. It actually gave me the courage to share my experience. This place is the rudest store in Santa Fe. A few years ago this happened to me: I wanted to look for some amazing vintage finds and “made the mistake” of speaking to my mom on the phone as I was walking into the store (in a normal tone BTW) and the lady working there immediately stopped me at the door and then told me to leave. She wouldn’t give me any answers as to why I couldn’t shop there. She is a horrible human and I would even say racist. There is no reason for this behavior. Full stop trash.

I LOVE this store !!!

Annette has the best eye for wonderful articles of clothing where you can piece together amazing outfits! I’m always extremely impressed and inspired by the very fashionable staff, and can get great fashion ideas from the mannequins displayed outside and throughout the store.

Well priced! High End! Great Quality!

I will always recommend this store for the amazing energy & quality of care given while shopping.

It’s awesome knowing that I can bring in clothes to consign too, giving old clothes a new home .

Thank you for all you do & I can’t wait to go back for more fun fits!!! Woot woot !!

I NEVER leave bad reviews…. yet, I guess there is a first time for everything, eh?!

Avoid this store if you’re not into RUDE VIBES and low, NEGATIVE ENERGY. Wow. I assume she was the owner, and I’m astonished by her bad attitude… I should have read the rest of these reviews before I stopped by - it’d have saved me the trouble.

I walked in at 4:38 and I knew well exactly what time they closed, because I rushed to get there, and I genuinely hoped to find something I wanted quickly - which I DID.

There was a really cute purse that I actually did want, and would have bought - had the owner (or whoever she was) been kind, or even mildly pleasant and welcoming toward me. Instead, when I asked her a question, she replied with a “Nope! We just sell clothes.” as if ‘how dare I bother her with such an inquiry’ while she hung clothes, and then finished up with, “and just so you know, we close at 5.” with a wretched tone, like she really could not care less about literally anyone else on the entire planet. I replied with “I know.” She said, “oh okay, well a lot of people DON’T know…” It was such an uncomfortable experience, and I wanted to cry, because I’m a highly sensitive person. I decided right then and there that I would NOT be purchasing the oh so adorable handbag that I wanted. I tried one dress on, really just to go into the dressing room and compose myself after the shock of such vile angst from this woman.

Then, I politely said “thank you”, and walked over to the door at 4:58. As I was leaving I looked down and said “That’s a cute rug.” as she was unlocking the door to let me out. Her reply to that complement was another rude toned “Yep!” - when the kind, and civil reply from a shop owner to a patron at the very least should have been “thanks!” UNsane.

My family owned a successful business for 60 years, and we wouldn’t dream of treating customers like this - or any humans at all - even non-customers! I will NEVER set foot inside this bad vibes store again. Seriously. Cold, rude, UNPLEASANT. I was kind, polite, I intended to spend money, and also hurry. She was the worst!

Please, LOVE YOURSELF, and spare yourself the unbearable energies and avoid Act 2, they truly don’t deserve YOUR hard earned $$$!

Very cool vintage clothing and all sorts of fun stuff. I bought a beautiful vintage jacket from the 90s and I absolutely love it! The owner was super kind and knowledgeable about her products. Only complaint is that the price is a little higher than we were hoping for, but overall a super cool store. If you're in this area of Santa Fe, it's definitely worth checking out.

Love this shop! I stop in Act 2 every-time I'm in town visiting my mom. I always find something new to add to my wardrobe. And I love supporting a local woman owned business.
