I wanted to let management or owners know that we had a wonderful experience in your store today. The sales lady was so nice and helpful on Sunday. She took the time to find the perfect hat for me and located several variety from the back room for me to choose from. My husband also purchased a beautiful Irish Wool Zipped Up sweater as well. She helped us located the perfect size for him and give a very detailed instructions on its care. I wish I would’ve gotten her name but I wanted to acknowledge her professionalism and her kind assistance. I will come back to this great quality store again and will share this little gem of a shop to our friends and family.

Where do I begin to say how much i absolutely respect the workers at Across the Pond, especially Jacqueline. I ordered a backpack that was imported and Jaqueline did everything in her power to get me the one I wanted. She kept me updated and even offered a refund. She was so patient with my request . Very professional. Next time I ordered online from California but next time I'm in Florida I'm definitely stopping by.

Absolutely love this store. A great variety of Scottish and Irish wares. We fell in love with their trinity caps and now our my Swiss guy is walking around like a true Irish man. Definitely recommend popping in!

The sales associate was very rude upon my family entering the store. My toddler tried on hats that we intended to purchase, however, this somehow perturbed the sales associate to the point where she could not contain her displeasure, therefore we immediately put our items back and left the store. Whether it was the lively attitude of a young child in the store looking through the clothing racks or making noise, her scowling looks combined with rude attitude and general self appointed superiority prompted us to leave. My child left in tears. We will not be back to this store.
