This was an amazing shopping experience. From when I first walked in to when I walked out. Ella the associate that helped me made sure I the colors I had looked good and more importantly fit good. She wasn’t focused on making a sale but instead was focused on me having a great shopping experience. The store had an amazing selection with all different sizes and colors. I will definitely be back.

Today I’m giving Malcolm, Ian, Nick, Hayden, Ant, Quentin, Frank, Lane, Trinity, Willie and all other associates and managers five stars for their terrific and nice customer service. Every time I come in the store, I am greeted with beautiful warm smiles. Everyone makes me feel welcome and if I have any questions they really help me. I lost something that was extremely valuable and important. I am grateful that Trinity found it. I was able to retrieve it the next day. I would definitely recommend this location.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Academy Sports. The store was incredibly clean and well-organized, which is a rarity for big-box stores. Everything seemed to be in its place, and the stock levels were surprisingly good.

The staff was friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable. It's a bit less crowded than other Academy Sports locations I've been to, which might contribute to the overall positive atmosphere.

Great selection & prices. Staff was friendly. Only side note is they must have theft issues. Because if you're there just tooling around, they will have associates come & hover around where you are looking. Which makes you want to just leave instead of buy more product.

Horrible experience!! Waited 15 mins for a curbside pick up to receive 1 of 5 items..had to run inside to let the employee (Jordan) know everything wasn't in the box just for him to call a manager (Willie). When I had to then explain again what was going on. Then the manager had to call customer service sit on hold for over an hr for them to say everything was shipped. Then the initial employee finally recovers the rest of the order after a return had already been processed and I had waited over 1 1/2 hrs. What a ridiculous process and what a waste of time. I will not be returning to this store nor ever refer anyone to this store!!!

I went to this location to buy a new 5:11 belt. I noticed that they only had an extra large so I purchased it and went to my car. I had my gun on my waist side and decided to go to the car to see after I put my holster on if it would be to big or not. It was to big so I carried back in for a swap if they had a large. They did not have a large so I had to return it and get my money back. The guy returned it acted like I was up to something and said he would find me one at another store. He looked and nobody had a large that was around me. Then I ask him can't you just return my belt I just got it here 10 minutes ago. He finally decided to give my money back but made me feel like I was doing something wrong since I just wanted my money back. I had the receipt and should have not been a problem at all. I will find me another store for my shopping needs I did not appreciate the way he handled that transaction with me.

Called and asked for a specific item. After trying 3 times because no one would answer the phone, the response I got was "yeah, I think we have those" without actually checking. Came in to find it out of stock less than 10 minutes later. I find it hard to believe it sold out that quick. Thanks for nothing.
