I had forgotten my reading glasses and couldn't read the labels on the shelves, in particular the spaces that were seemingly out of stock. A gentleman employee came to my aid and grabbed the St. Benardus from the refrigerator section.

I bought a few Weihenstephaner beers, in which each bottle is sold separately. The cashier handled the bottles in my purchase very gently and wrapped them well.

For their customer service I give them an A+. I didn't give them 5 stars because I wish they had a more diverse wine & beer selection.

Staff was not friendly, not accommodating, and not helpful. There is a wine on sale in the website and they said it was put away without further explanation if they will order more or anything. That looked annoyed when I asked questions. I will never go there again. The staff at the store in Haines City is totally the opposite.

Just left here and when I walked in I thought the store was empty until I sen a lady in front counter looking at me uneasy. I didn’t mind the no greeting but when I was in line she ask others if they had a rewards but when I was next I was just immediately scanned and go. Doesn’t take much for me to go somewhere else with my money. Shh 2025 already

My experience was horrible maybe because I was Latino very very unfriendly staff no eye contact at all well but I still do my shopping and spend $100.00 thanks but I never coming back to this location happy new year

Great selection and friendly staff. The cigar selection isn’t quite expansive, but it has the standard variety. Prices are also good. Nothing fancy here, but a good place to buy your liquor and accompaniments.
