I went in tonight to buy a Janet Collection closure. I asked for a 12 inch and she didn’t let me see it up close she flashed it real quick from behind the counter. So, assuming she would give me the right product I left, at this time they were closing. When I just got home I look and it’s a Fantasy Scalp closure, which is HORRIBLE, I tried this one awhile ago and the top part is much thicker and makes you look like you have a 4”x5” HD bump on the top of your head. Literally, I was devastated when I got home. Also, they ALWAYS give me a free $1 wig cap with my purchases at sunshine beauty in Cherry hill and I forgot to buy one, so I asked for one after my transaction and was told, “Oh, it’s a 5$ minimum purchase on a credit card, sorry!” I was shell shocked! I just spent $107!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE. Like, it would have killed her to throw me a darn wig cap for free after spending $107?! Mind you, it wasn’t even in a baggy or package, it was ONE darn lonely little wig cap by itself. So, luckily, after digging in my purse for 3 minutes I managed to scrap out a buck in change. It’s called Karma, you get what you give, and this place will never succeed if they run a business in such a manner. I’m appalled. And to top it all off, my whole night is ruined I neeeded my hair done for Amy sisters wedding and it had to be done by tonight, she can’t do it tomorrow and I can’t wear this thing, it’s awful, the Fantasy Scalp closure. Hopefully, they’ll let me exchange it in the morning, God willing. Despite the fact it’s 30 minutes from my house. Not nice.. she should have asked if Fantasy Scalp was ok. Plus, it’s (the Fantasy Scalp) more expensive than the regular MELT closures. My nights ruined.

just moved from philly and could not find a good hair store with fair prices until last week. am excited that i dot have to go all the way over the bridge for hair now. really nice store and open until 8pm which is perfect because am off work by 6p when all the other stores are close!!

Very bad experience. I came in to shop for my nails, hair, and eyelashes, I had got a variety of things . When I came to the counter I was scolded by the cashier, he asked to look in my purse to see if I had stolen… and I let him because I don’t have anything to hide but c’mon that was extremely disrespectful. I was looking around… because I’m just bored shopping not for one specific thing..impulse shopping. I don’t appreciate being stalked and accused of stealing while I’m shopping.. spending money.. at your business. I am a grown woman, I do not steal.. it was just disheartening because I am a young black woman I just hope that didn’t play a part in this experience

This place has a decent selection of merchandise. The staff don't greet their customers when they walk in and watch their monitor the whole time shopping. I don't like being watched like I'm a thief. 👎

This beauty supply store has a lot to choose from however, its very cluttered. Prices are a bit high. Just one example, a leave in conditioner that’s usually $13 anywhere else is $19 here.

Again, the place has a lot of options so I’m sure you’ll find what you’re looking for, but just at a bit of a higher price.

Horrible place! Run by Indians who will just badger you within an inch of your sanity while you’re trying to shop. Tried to accuse me of “opening every package of hair”… I opened three. Actually two. The store employee opened one of them so I could feel the texture. Then lied to me when I said I did not want human hair, I was only looking for synthetic hair. Lied and said that the package which was clearly stated “human hair” was not human hair just to make a sale and then they speak to each other in their native tongue to talk poorly about you . The one guy there gave me a hard time and I couldn’t wait to get the hell out of that store. It’s on the White Horse Pike in an area destined to fail, but with the way they treat their customers… It won’t last long. There are many other beauty supply stores… I will try one of those and I recommend you do the same!! 👎🏼👎🏼
