Literally, the hottest store I have ever been in!! I walked in and immediately started sweating. It is at least 10 to 15° cooler outside than it is inside of the store!! On top that the bathrooms were out of order. I truly feel sorry for the 2 or 3 associates working the ENTIRE store. (that’s a whole other rant) Literally no one in there to help, understandably, as I wouldn’t work in that heat either…. Belk corporate should be extremely ashamed of themselves. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

This is the best you can do Belk? This bathroom has been lost to time and the gangs. This company has no pride in its stores and it’s not the stores fault. Shame on Belk corporate.

Horrible experience here today. Only 3 people working in the while store, walking around talking while customers were waiting. Not to mention we were overcharged. None of the prices matched what we were charged, and one associate even walked us to the product and "explained " the "sale". What was supposed to be around $70 was $134. Update your signage, and train "working " employees, please

It was so hot ?. I was in the women's department trying to help my granddaughter find a dress for a wedding. It felt like the heat was on full blast. We had to get out, didn't buy anything.

I like this store as sometimes you can find very good deal as quality, brand name and price. But you have to be careful, sometimes the prices in the store is different than the prices on there website so you will have to compare the price by scanning the items using there app before you buy! Also the staff in Belk stores in general are not helpful, may be because they don’t give them sale commission so they don’t care about clients.

Online order: Went to pay for a purse in my cart. After putting in my card info to submit the purchase. I get a message saying the item was sold out. So I get another purse, add it to my cart and submit my payment info again just to be told the purse is no longer available. Ok cool, things happen. Someone beat me to the punch. To my surprise, 1 hour later I get text from Belks saying my purses are on the way. How is this even possible?! I guess it was a miracle because i was in church at the time i got the text lol The orders never went through nor was I given a confirmation email. Brahmin purse are expensive!! I was charged twice! Smh Thank God I had the money in my account. I'm definitely returning the second purse but it all could've been avoided. Do better Belks with online orders.

Thursday, March 28, 2024 - I arrived before 7:15pm. My first encounter was hearing one female staffer say to another, 'My care meter is so low.' SO, I didn't ask for help. I spent quite a bit of time walking around trying to find the clothes I needed. Eventually, I saw a staffer standing near a mannequin. Unfortunately, it was the 'low care meter' staffer. I said, "Excuse me." But the DJ (he was good!) had the music thumping. So, there I stood, next to her waiting for her to finish detailing the mannequin arm. Another staffer walked over and spoke to her. She heard her coworker! That coworker found Krystin to help me. Kudos to those two!
Kristin helped me find multiple pieces and checked me out.

Christmas Eve 2023, just before closing. It wasn't great, staff was a bit hard to find (one was on her phone, solving an issue at home?). Overall, I found most of what I'd gone for.
