The city needs to fix the parking lot, There needs to be more lights put up, so the place can livin up. Then businesses will want to move thier store to the area.

I grew up in Texarkana, and Oaklawn Village Shopping Center use to be a vibrant Shopping center, but now it's pretty much like the city, almost non-existent.

Love the new stores. Had to take this for proof. How lazy and rude could that driver be. What if someone who could barely walk far needed a space? And at 2 pm shopping at harbor freight and tools.

Went to the beauty supply store in Oaklawn they have great stuff I have been here 3 days in row don't judge me judge ur mom with that matted wig ? Naw it's a great place
