The parking lot is a mess and there is one stop sign so drive at your own risk. Know who has the right away before you just go. We find our self in this shopping center every Monday and Wednesday for my son‘s martial arts class. The teachers are great and very nice and helpful.

Kind of small but good ubication close to the hwy I49 you find nice fast food restaurants like Starbucks. SUBWAY, Chick Fil A a massage bussines COX store, pretty busy most all times but you can parking . I thing the developer never thing this area of Rogers will be growing so fast.

There's a few places to eat here, but beware of chic fil a's daunting traffic line at rush time! ? The square also houses a Starbucks, Subway, and other small businesses/ storefronts. This square is near a very buzzing area, and it's easy to get to.

Went into Tuscany Square, 4 River Dental. Sat in the parking lot for a little while. Seen police presence there oh, so it felt pretty safe. Chick-fil-A of course was pretty busy and of course the driver's going there are not paying attention. Overall I would say it was a good experience.

This is a relatively small “strip mall” There is a Chik-Fil-a, a Starbucks, a Subway, Osaka Sushi and more. I go there for Chick-Fil- a so it meets all my needs. Handicap accessible
