It was very out-dated and sketchy. I did not want to be in there any longer than I needed to be. Kind of a musty smell throughout the halls, and just an abandoned vibe all together. Not a good selection of shops seeing as how most of them were closed down. There was carpet throughout the halls (which I find odd for a mall) and had stains everywhere. Also the people there in general were pretty sketchy too. My mom said it was a "sorry excuse for a mall."

This was one of the WORST malls we have ever been to. Went to find Bath and Body Works. There's no clear mapping to the store itself from outside. Inside we didn't find it with ease, as there's no mall directory board like at usual malls. Nearly all of the shops were closed. Luckily, we found Bath and Body, got what we went for, and made our way out of this sad looking facility. Most likely will not be back.

This is a sad excuse of a 'mall.' It's a shell of what it used to be and the owners don't care. I wonder if they're still blocking people from posting certain comments on their Facebook? Uptown Hot Springs? That's like slapping a chandelier in a haunted house. Doesn't make it any better!

What a ghetto piece of junk...3/4 of the this place is shut down the rest is filled with stained up carpet and something smells. I'm sure tourist love this Wonderful junky mall that they will avoid in the future! Dillard's really? Come on, fire the mall manager or move out

Horrific. It's like going into a haunted old mall with hardly any stores and throwback fast food eateries. Weird, horrible experience. Will be shocked if it's open for much longer!

Unfortunately this mall doesn't have a lot of selection its not a horriable experience but if your going to shop theres not much here.
