I went in to have a brochure printed. The woman in charge was rude and untruthful. She printed out a test and there was a white border all around the edges of the brochure that wasn't supposed to be there. She blamed it on me and said she couldn't correct it to have the color background go clear to the edges. I was going to order 500 of them. She said I would have to sit at their paper cutter and trim the white off if I didn't like it. I left without printing and went right to my favorite printing company on the internet. Guess what? With no adjusting the brochures are beautiful with no white edge around them. I used the same link with her and them with no editing between.

Never open on time sign says weekdays opens 9 AM 4 people standing out front after well after 9 am employees can’t seem to be bothered to open on time.

No one and I mean no other person is at this store yet you still have to print for your self and if you want to even have them print for you on special paper minimum charge of 2.50 regardless if it’s less like really. And it was gonna be ready the next day… seriously. For one sheet of paper!! Go print somewhere else.

I sent my photos as jpeg files in a zip file, using their ods email address. I have been doing this for 6 months, getting my 8x10 prints on photo paper made there. Today the technician said it was not possible to print my photos, because they were not in the correct format. but I have been spending hundreds over the last 6 months getting my prints made just like this, sending a zip file of jpegs. He said they could not print them.

I am not going back to have prints made. Bad feelings all around. IMHO the employee did not knbow what they were talking about. The usual tech, Jennifer, never had a problem and I always got great service and great prints.

I regret taking my business elsewhere-- they are convenient to my house-- but I can't put up with this nonsense. jpegs are a typical photo format, and if they can't do it they would be out of business anyway.

Selected 1 item. It rang up 25% higher than the posted shelf tag.
The cashier did correct this. Following me walking back to the product to obtain a photo of the tag.
No apology .
That’s a shame.

I went to BestBuy to get a keyboard but I was not allowed inside the building due to their new regulations... I didn’t want to sit in the parking lot looking at what they had so I drove to Office Maxx instead. Eddie greeted me and was very helpful right from the start. They had a great selection of Logitech wireless keyboards and monitors as well. The store was neat and everyone was polite. Check them out!

The employees were available and very helpful. I needed a specific cable & adapter and the floor associate and cashier both knew their technology, and made sure I was buying the correct items for my hardware. They are enthusiastic and very kind in a professional way.
