This is my go-to project place. So far I haven't had to ask for help from the rude folks lift driver. From the building side. I still can't get them to defangle Thier no discounts for veterans even though I have a credit card from them . I got from being a disabled veteran. I don't ask anyone Thier for help. Nobody knows anything about Thier job. The customers are Thier help . Kinda like Walmart. Stoned dumb. And stupid. Sorry not sorry.

I visit this location frequently for home improvement and gardening purposes. The cashiers are very nice and helpful. It is often difficult to find someone to help locate merchandise and more difficult to find someone who knows the product or has expertise but they are on site somewhere. Put on your "patience hat" before going in.

I went in to get some window film. A relative had bought me some but it was the wrong kind. I tried to exchange it for store credit and they would not let me. I have literally never returned anything to a Home Depot in my life. I am pissed off. I strongly don't recommend buying anything here if there is even a small chance you may need to return it. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

We always have a pleasant experience at this Home Depot but felt compelled to call out a particular individual. Tonight, my boyfriend and I came here with our two year old son and had the pleasure of working with Ray in the garden center. He was not only helpful with our selections and giving advice but he also quickly made friends with our son as well. They chatted and watered plants together and it was just such a cute connection that we had to take a step back and observe. We always appreciate kindness to our toddler and Ray not only showed that but made sure our son felt seen and heard in a situation that he could have easily been over looked. Thank you, Ray. The world needs more people like you!

Probably some of the best views from a store like this. This Home Depot seems to be steadily busy and is usually well stocked. The staff is not super helpful, but more focused on filling the shelves etc.

Ordered some items for curbside pickup. The staff was super friendly and they brought out my items very quickly. It is very convenient when you only have a handful of minutes to stop. Keep up the great work!

This review is specifically regarding plants that are sold at this particular store. As it turns out, the plant supplier that HD uses frequently drops off plants that have no business being grown in Southern Arizona. Plants like guava, mango, avocado. Worse yet, they often come with instructions to plant them in full sun.

Be aware that the return policy is one year, and they don't appear to be flexible anymore on that. Word to the wise: if you buy a plant at Home Depot and a year later it's not looking perfect, yank it and give it back. You won't get the chance to do that if you wait a day longer than the year.
