This store is phenomenal. From a wide selection of patio furniture to include fire pits, seating, tables, and decor. Make sure you ask for Robin. She has great taste and can help match pieces to existing designs or design your dream outdoor space from scratch.

Assembly is free. Personalized color and finish options. Shipping costs unless you pick it up in store.

Public restroom is on the right, in the back (Down a hallway).

At big fat zero for customer service. I asked a few questions, and the staff seemed to be bothered by it. I ended up going across town and purchasing a much more customer service oriented business. Contrary to popular belief, customer service is not dead, and it ranks very high on my list of priorities. Shame on you folks for losing a sale.

Very disappointed that after waiting for 14 months to receive the furniture I had ordered, there was no offer of discount. After being told of the delay soon after I placed my order, there were no further updates. It was up to me to call or go into the store to ask.
I can only imagine how significant the (retail) markup is and it would have been nice to have been offered even a small discount in good faith for the inconvenience.
Although the delay was at the manufacturer's end, I feel that Today's Patio could have made more of an effort to provide better customer service.

One of their drivers rode my tailgate several blocks, then cut me off within inches at a stop light. Have pictures. I have had commercial drivers training and this person should be removed from their truck. CK96071 plate number. Not a good way to promote your business with logo on truck and reckless driving.

We are building a home in a 55+ community and we needed new patio furniture. Ann was phenomenal in putting up with my indecisiveness and moved furniture around and spent a great deal of time helping me make my final decisions. The store has beautiful items and I highly recommend asking for Ann when you shop. She is super!
