I barely walked into the shop when Vanessa said “I have a hat perfect for you”….and you know what? She was right. I loved the hat and it looked great on me - even after looking around for another I kept going back to that one. Took me some time to finally get it - I actually went back after they closed and Vanessa happily opened the door for me. We ended up buying more hats for our entire party as well as a few rings. Awesome experience and highly recommend going there.

I had a great time finding a hat at Vanessa's shop! She helped find the size and style that worked best for me. She has so many options depending on what you're looking for. I ended up with a western style fedora and I love it. Even if you think you're not a hat person I recommend stopping in and seeing what you find!

So we just happen to pop in to the store and had a great time trying on all types of hats! I never thought I could wear a hat but after I played around for a bit, she popped over and put the Red Gambler on my head! OMG! Vanessa is amazing. I’ve been looking for an affordable Bolero hat for a long time and she had one in stock and formed it to fit my massive, oblong head. And she did it with kindness and laughter. Her store is loaded with hat options for men and women and the experience of working with her is truly fun.

Sorry, but my experience was very different from what others have posted. The salesperson could not answer any of my questions and was no help at all. I was very excited to visit this shop based on these reviews, but I left very disappointed.
