I have been using Southwest for awhile now to service two NEMT companies I manage. If there isn’t one thing with them it’s another. They will hold your car for days and not even give you a courtesy call to let you know a status of it. I can’t even count how many times they have ordered the wrong part. Not to mention the prices are exuberant than the actual market value. This shop clearly has no moral values and will nickel and dime everything last penny from you. There are many other reputable shops that will give you an HONEST estimate of your vehicle.

It is a really awesome shop to have your vehicle repaired at & if you need towing they have a tow service as well , Eddie , Nicole, Michelle & Mark are incredibly friendly & will take really great care of you & your ? , I would definitely give them a try

Amazing! Went in on a whim with great recommendations, they came out to my house in SV, looked at my truck, told me what they think is wrong with it, towed it back to the shop, and are in the process of fixing it! All in one day! Mark (tow truck driver) and his helper( I didn't get his name) were both very nice and extremely understanding to my needs and concerns. They were so careful putting my truck up on the rollback, and assured me I would get my truck back in better shape than how it was leaving! I will definitely be recommending you guys to everyone , and will be bringing in another pickup soon to be worked on!

Great shop with honest mechanics.

The mechanic that worked on my car walked me through all of the issues he found on my car. He went over all my options for finding the cheapest parts and what parts on my car were more of a priority to fix or replace.

Its refreshing to visit a shop that puts customer satisfaction above making a quick buck.

My car needed help. I had received a quote from a dealer in Sierra Vista. A rough estimate was way over what I had.
A couple days later I was told to try Southwest Motors In Huachuca City, near where I lived.
They were so very kind, thorough, and explained what they had found. A quote was shared with me. Happily, it was close to what I could afford. Any balance could be applied to a 5 month interest free loan. What a sense of relief.

The work was done in the estimated time scheduled. They saved and showed me the old parts. Struts, axles, gasket, sway bar stabilizer bracket, etc.Then showed me all the new parts.

If you want qualified workmanship for your vehicle, go to Southwest Motors. The second you walk in, their receptionist Sharina is there to greet you with a smile and the help you need.
From the owners to the mechanic’s, you will be welcomed and professionally cared for.

I highly recommend this auto repair company, while visiting the area i had my alinement checked and i needed a new rack and pinion to correct the alinement. After receiving 2 more estimates. Southwest Motor Services Group had the best price. the service department was able to repair my Toyota and get me back on the road. A big thank you to the staff.

I wish there was a zero star option for this business. Purchased a truck from this establishment that their mechanic “checked over” and within a week and a half took it for an oil change. We were told that there were major problems and took it to 2 shops for assessment. It cost us $4,500 to fix it. We called to see if Southwest Motor would make it right in any way and they talked over us, were rude, and did not even offer an apology. They said since we did not let them see the truck before we started getting it fixed, they “wouldn’t know” if anything was actually wrong. They argued with us about not bringing it in and we explained that we did not trust their mechanic because he had said the truck was fine and sold it to us as sound. We asked to take the quotes and documents from the other shops in to them and they stated no and that they would not do anything for us. They have horrible customer service and they intentionally sell vehicles with major known issues. Not a trustworthy business.

We came in here knowing what was wrong with our vehicle. They offered a tune-up which did not fix our problem. $600 later our vehicle is still broken and now stuck at home. They tow from New Mexico border to California border. Very nice staff but mechanic is not the best. And he’s the only one
