My wife and I have been at Quail Ridge RV Resort for a few years now. It's a very nice park, but what sets it apart from other parks is the staff. They all go above , and beyond to help with our needs. The manager Cherry is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Always there to help. Cherry , and the staff are what make the park ! LARGE lots__small prices! There are many reasons I love being here @ QuailRidgeRV. The large lot and price brought me here....the beautiful people keep me here! Many friendly faces. This park offers 2 laundry rooms( w HOT water), a clean and well lite Shower/bath area, 2 dog parks(well kept), a propane fill Station and 2 clubhouses and monthly, weekly activities for socializing! I feel SAFE anywhere I go in this park, and being a 'mature' adult, that also is very important to me. Yes there are complaints from some, but that's life; some folks live differently. If you are looking for a safe, clean, well maintained, and happy place to hang out for a while.....try it out!! QUIAL RIDGE RV PARK, I believe this may be your perfect place! Wendy

One of the most poorly managed RV parks near Sierra Vista. When I left I knew things would only get worse for the residents, and according to these reviews it has gotten worse. It should be a rude awakening to anyone thinking of staying here long-term. The area of Whetstone itself is not a good area, however Sierra Vista is not too far. The manager is a hot head, and rude. Manger Miller, is slightly off his rocker as stated politely by others. It's not that great of an RV resort I know the laundry room only has cold water and is very limited in washers and dryers. The clubhouse is have been redone but they're nothing special either. There's no pool no hot tub and there's no other amenities for you to do there. When I stayed there the rent was fairly cheap now it is overpriced. There are a lot of other nice places in Tombstone and in Benson that can give you more bang for your buck and not give you the heartache that you will get from the manager. My heart goes out to anyone who is still there and can't afford to move.

We fell in love with the location, and the great lay out. While checking out the park, we asked alot of questions about what rv is allowed; year, pictures etc. We also asked prices, leases ,rules and talked with very nice residents. The manager gave us different info every time. We were trying to create a second part time home. Even though we were hesitant about the manager, we purchased a travel trailer. We brought paper work, pics. The manager at first said our trailer would not be allowed here even though ours is similar to some and better and newer than others. Then while talking to her , she just changed her mind. After we asked about a small commercial shed, she changed to a different mean person and demanding ,She told me nothing on the ground and no sheds on home row even though we were paying a year up front at the new higher price. We decided that this manager was almost creating a hostile environment and probably would in the future the way she was talking at us. We cannot believe that this moody, rude, disrespectful person is the manager of this one of a kind, great rv resort. We will not include this location in our retirement. We will find a more relaxing place with better ,friendly management, GOOD LUCK to the nice people that still live there, Mark and Eva

Stayed 4 months. Everyone here has been very friendly and helpful, nice to chat with. Campground kept very neat and tidy, kudos to tree guy. Hookups all worked well, no issues. One suggestion is maybe going to commercial washer and dryer. Thank you all, sure I'll be back.

Second Update! Sadly the park manager is still there. Cherri is still manager, and she is still trying to lower the standards of the park, to her personal unprofessional standards! It's a shame. What's sad is she abuses her kind staff to do her dirty work.
I cannot in good conscience recommend this park to anyone, except for short term stays, until the owner addresses this issue! RV parks are getting expensive, and we should at least expect a level of professionalism for our money.

Manager of rv park is sadly a poor excuse for a human much less a manager of a rv park. Park is going through some huge changes, none of which benefit the residents or travelers. A lot of people have set down roots here, and are being blessed with 30-40% rent hike, loss of veteran discount, and much more....
Wife and I have been here for a year, and we can honestly say, don't support a business that thinks this little of it's patrons.
Thank you for reading!

We arrived on a Sunday and the office was closed. There was detailed info with site options & a ph# to call. The host was very welcoming & accommodating. Restroom facilities are very clean. Laundry is a bonus and affordable.
Two clubhouses with dish washing facilities, games, pool table…
A must stay if you’re in the area.

Stayed one week in April in our 32’ motor home. Great value! Level space with full hookups. Friendly staff and fellow RVers. Quiet park. Very clean restrooms and showers. Laundry facilities are fine. Plenty of books and DVDs to borrow from the office and clubhouse. Close to a Dollar General and close to Sierra Vista for churches and numerous stores for groceries, hardware, clothing, housewares, etc. It was a good base camp for our adventures to Tombstone, Bisbee, Parker Lake Canyon, and the wineries by Elgin & Sonoita. Highly recommend for a nice but “no frills” stay.
