Been in here a couple times. I get it, Fort Huachuca is tiny, however there seems to always be only one employee and when there is more than one person in line - especially if it's not just a straight sale at the cashier, then it takes forever.

9/25/21: Excellent and attentive customer service. Helped my Active Duty Army son find almost everything he needed for the new uniform he wasn't issued in basic training.

Highly recommend and will definitely return to this location for all military clothing needs.

Today, 26 October 2023 at around 10:30 am , I went to the Military Clothing sales store at Ft Huachuca, and I must say that the service was outstanding. I needed a basket as I had picked up more than my hands could hold and the gentleman (I did not get his name ) very nicely offered to get one for me. Then as I checked out, the cashier very astutely pointed out that I had picked up an item which was not the right one to go with the ribbons I purchased. This is what I call customer service, and I appreciate both the gentleman and the lady associates. This is how all customers should be treated.

Bought my AGSU here, the staff was very helpful in taking my measurements, helping me find the right items and correct sizes. They also ordered in what they didn't have in stock.

The two people in the alterations shop should not be within 300ft of any costumer (old dude and grey hair lady). They make it a point to be the least helpful possible and treat you like a roach. I don’t even care if they do a good job, the Army is toxic enough for us to be treated like that by any random NPC.

Shift manager David sold me the wrong aircrew badge and then refused to exchange it. The other two cashiers are otherwise very nice and knowledgable.

Do not buy the PT shorts here. One wash cycle and the “ARMY” logo on the two shorts I bought are already peeling off. I bought two pairs in Germany last year and they still look brand new. This is unacceptable. Wanted to warn anyone in need of some new PT uniforms.

Theres only one issue with this store and its business. Theres some worker there name Daniel or Dave that needs to be let go for poor attitude and unprofessionalism. This guy needs to be educated on the difference between deligating and being lazy. The guy makes faces of disgust behind the counter showing his frustration with whatever he's doing and seems to think noone is watching. Hire or promote people who make you feel welcomed and treated with some respect amd get rid of him. Lucky he didn't get knifed hand or choked himself with my hand when I was there. 2 stars only because of him. Stop hiring disgruntled individuals with personal issues that shouldn't be projected in the work environment especially involving customer service.
