Basha's store is full of rude, discourteous staff. Our self checkout register was not allowing us to pay, we had already bagged our groceries and staff just said go through an open register, then turned their back to us. No sorry for the inconvenience, let me take you to an open register and get you checked out. Basically a big "we don't value you as a customer". "Bye!!".

I love this location of Bashas, kind, professional friendly staff.
Great price's (cheaper than frys) not as cheap as Winco, but close! The staff being friendly and positive, makes such a huge difference. The fruits and veggies are always fresh, Bashas has te best sweetcorn and asparagus! And they are affordable. The store is always spotless clean, and always smells great(usually the hot food from made to order restaurant and or bakery) the made to order pizza is freaking absolutely delicious! And affordable! (12.99 for one topping large, 15.68 for sausage, pepperoni, green pepper, & black olives) made fresh in stone hearth oven as you watch & wait! I'm told their bisquetts and gravy breakfast is also delicious. The staff has always been very helpful, and always happy to help. Such positive attitudes at this location!

Thank you to the staff at the store #110 on North Ellsworth rd, for being friendly, professional, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Special thank you to Rachel at the help desk last week for taking the time to help me download the Bashas app, and help me set it up and use it. I am not technically savvy by any means. Also, a big thanks to the staff working the store floor, for being helpful, knowledgeable and kind.

I am disabled and have a horrible memory(a side effect of my invisible disability), so I seek store staff often several times in any visit.

Thank you everyone. Bashas upper management, you should be proud of this store (#110) they are a great crew!

Many overpriced price tags just to show regular price on the sale tag. I will never agree with that. Produce has piled up with mold on top a lot of the time but other than that it's a fairly decent store

This location is absolutely amazing overall and very nice and friendly staff every time I go. And Thanksgiving evening of '23, within a 10 mile radius of my home, they were one out of two restaurants still open through the holiday; my date and I were very excited and grateful for the ability to find great food, friendly staff, quick to be seated and served, top notch service, and we didn't have to schedule a reservation beforehand. Our server was great! She was friendly, humorous, empathetic, joyful, and speedy service. And that's quite amazing to me that she was able to be such a great server and rise to the top of a challenging situation. I do not remember what her name was but if I ever find out, I swear I will promptly contact her supervisor and tell them that they need to give her a big pay raise and promotion and employee of the month for the next 12 months! Kudos to her and the rest of the entire staff at Applebee's on Power Rd and Southern Ave! Thank you and God bless

Really like this place. Bakery department has a great selection. I will cut them some slack on hospitality because working with the public can be difficult. How can you not have known that before you took the job. Other then service the quality so far has been good.

Nice store, 24 hours, friendly staff for the most part, at night when the restock there's allot of yelling and hollering( but it for moral and not anger) good meat dept good prices, ok bakery, great produce choices, clean, they even have dry ice. You bag your own groceries so that convenient. They have double bagging areas per register so that speeds up the lines. You can also cash checks there, does anyone even use checks anymore? But overall a solid 4.5
