Why aren't the owners of this center partnering with a developer for housing? They'd be helping the city to increase housing supply while helping residents have more options which is desperately needed. And not student housing, which will be a dead concept with NAU predicted to have 10,000 less students in under 5 years.

Can't use the bathroom in the convenience store (Circle K)..... And it's filthy. Go to the new location on Highway 89. It's new. It's clean. The staff is friendly. This one is a dump. The rest of the shopping center isn't much better.

We went to the empty nest! Was amazed at all of the things you can find here! From children's clothing to books and toys galore! Even you can pick pottery and paint yourself! Will definitely be back again soon
