DO NOT TAKE YOUR PC HERE!!!! Beware! My son found this store online and due to reviews we gave him a try. He spoke to the gentleman who stated that he could do optimization to make it faster. It was a 24 hour turn around. My son picked it up eveything seemed to be fine as we tested it in the store. We secured it in the car in its original packaging and drove it home. When he plugged it up. He got the recovery message. We have done factory reset and all. But get an error saying a file is corrupted. So he did the command prompt and codes to run the scans manually and even with scans complete and factory reset. Still the same error.

I immediately told him to call the gentleman. He called and the man said it worked in the store! He would charge him to fix the issue. His 3,000 gaming PC is no longer working. What a RIP OFF!

If you decided to go him record every interaction while there. Record walking the pc in your house, record how you secure it, and record when you start it up and turn it on. He Literally accused my son of doing something wrong. I am in finance IT professional by trade and my son is pretty computer savvy.

We are looking at small claims court to resolve the issue. PLEASE RECORD IT ALL FOR YOUR PROTECTION. HE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORK.

I used Smashboxx PC to build a new PC for the upcoming Flight sim coming out. I am absolutely thrilled with my PC. The quality of service, the knowledge and friendliness of the staff, and the actual product is exceptional. Will absolutely be back.

So my bf and I (more so my bf) were looking to get a super beefy PC built and this company was the only one who reached out to us nicely. Steve and Alex were both so informative and amazing, all of our concerns and specific requests were all solved and granted. We were looking of spending from 5k to 6k and they were to able to stick within the budget and upgrade some of what we had asked. When my bf used his computer and he almost cried when he opened up his games, he is overly satisfied especially with how fast he got it which was less than 10 days! Def recommend this place!! 100/10

Incredible shop for a custom PC build. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. My review is a few months late so sadly forgot names.

I had brought my pc in to get a liquid cooler and new mother board installed. They went above and beyond with quality of wire management! I also had a less than adequate power supply that I was unaware of. After paying I was told they swapped it out to a newer PSU because my old one was becoming unsafe. I can not say it enough, these guys are the BEST!!!
