The employee's here are nice and somewhat knowledgeable when it comes to firearms. It's the store itself. Not much inventory here and it's been like this for a long time. The three customers that they had. You can see the frustration on their face. When they would ask to see a firearm and they didn't have it they would have to order it! And the fact that you have to still fill out paperwork for a firearm, instead of doing it though their laptop would so much easier and efficient! Like other places

I purchased a holster a couple weeks back. When I got the holster home it did not work well at all, the pistol had to be forced into the holster and it kept dropping the magazine. I contacted the holster manufacturer regarding the issue and he was working with me but did not really have options to help out at that time. He said he would reach out to Arizona Fire Arms since they have a relationship to see if they could refund the purchase. He was told that there wasn’t much they will do for me. At this point I’m out $50 bucks and have a holster that isn’t safe to use. I tired everything to adjust the holster and get it to work but it did not.

Pretty disappointed in Arizona firearms for not even being willing to help the manufacture or me at all. Will never return to this store due to this issue.

Came in because I had an issue with one of the used guns I bought and without question or hesitation they were there to help me and got me into something else easily. Its all about the lost art of actual customer service now adays and these guys are it. Thank you Arizona Firearms Gilbert!

Just read a negative review about this place and the guy said all the reviews must be friends and family. Well i went into the shop for the first time yesterday and absolutely loved it. It’s an old school gunshop with friendly people that enjoy the sport and love what they do. Its not a tacticool training center run by the high and tight types its a little laid back and not the most organized place but they have a wide selection of firearms and are willing to indulge their customers with questions and provided honest sensible answers. If you are looking for a shop thats unpretentious and treats you more like a friend than a dollar sign you might just find this is the place for you.

Fantastic store! Plenty of options for Handguns, Bolt-actions, Shotguns, and Long Guns. I went in with little experience with firearms and they were more than happy to answer my questions.

Tom is the main gentleman I've been working with, but they've all been helpful and friendly. Every time I'm there to ask questions, they have plenty of regulars come through to buy something, look around, or just chat for a bit.

I bought a shotgun from them last week and have an AR being shipped to them for the FFL transfer. Excited to grow my collection with them!

Can't say enough good things about this shop! The staff are all gun hobbyist, very friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help with whatever you throw at them. Buy new, used, sell, trade, custom builds, holsters, ammo, swagg, and multiple accessories. They have it all. Mac is a genius in the build room. Very quick, efficient, and has extensive knowledge in all types of builds and parts for each. Installed a stock and about 10 other TC mods in about 20-30 min., which fires perfect every time. Stop by and check this shop out. Highly recommended!! ?

Highly recommend this store. My wife and I came in for the first time with a general basic idea of what we wanted but learned so much! With the help of Austin and the crew we made a couple great purchases and will 100% be back soon! Excellent prices, friendly staff and a clean store. No attitudes here like I've felt at other shops.
