The the store is great! The employees are always on top of it. They have everything you need. It’s a really well run store. However, the butcher has been consistent over the years with leaving way too much gristle on all different cuts of meat. Tri-tip, top sirloin, petite sirloin, ribeye… This doesn’t happen this bad at Safeway, Albertsons, Costco, Basha’s. Please fix it!

Edit: It’s apparently been addressed. I’ve seen big improvements. That’s great to see.

Bakery is the worst!! Placed a custom cake order for a birthday and called a day before pickup, and they told me that the machine is broken and I need to check with other stores !! And no one ever called or gave me any heads up that might be the case!!! I was completely upset and unfortunately didn't have much time to place any custom cake !!! The worst ever!!

My brother has been in town, so we decided to go to Safeway for the time he was here. We went back to Frys now that he has left and I am remembering why my subconscious told me to NOT take family to Frys. Cramped isles, lightly staffed, and nobody was around to open up a locked case for us.

It took us moving their store displays in the isle to find the popcorn we wanted. And $1.29 for a single egg is not a LOW PRICE.

Barbara at checkout could care less except to get you out of her line. And only 1 person behind us so it's not like there was a rush. No eye contact can't even say have a nice day or any kind of closing.

I feel sick to my stomach! We always go to this Frys as it’s right next to our home, but NOT ANYMORE! The employee with the gauges was clipping her nails over the produce while unloading to put it away for people to buy! I’m so disgusted! We tried calling but were hung up on multiple times! We will now be going to Albertsons a few miles away.

My boyfriend was shopping here after he got off his shift, one of the store managers confronted him telling him to leave and threaten to write him up too. Me and my boyfriend will not be shopping at this location no longer. We’ll be shopping at a different Fry’s or we’ll shop at Safeway and Albertsons for now on.

I only use this store because of how close I live to it but I am repeatedly disappointed in their customer service and inability to properly stock their shelves. My dislike for this location was compounded today attempting to use their pharmacy. I received a text my prescription was ready and I live 2 mins away. By the time I got there they were closing the pharmacy for lunch and I was told.to come back in a half hr. They didn't even offer to take care of me since I was there. I hate this store, the manager needs to get his or her store together

Once again today the store is so out of product I'm surprised it stays open. Perhaps merging all these supermarket companies together will benefit us.
