The gals there are always so helpful. They have great suggestions and options! They always offer water and have fresh baked cookies ! These gals will also order and ship if you are not local they really strive to help however they can ! Highly suggested.

Every time I have been in this store, I have received the worst customer service. The staff ignores me every time - but yet other people that walk in are promptly greeted and asked if they need assistance. I will not set foot in this store ever again.

I love Brighton, I've always found their customer service to be amazing.

The stores all seem to have nearly identical layouts and I've never been to one that was even slightly dirty.

They are on the pricier side with jewelry mostly in the $100-$200 side. Bags are significantly more expensive and small bags can easily top $300, though I don't think I've seen one above $600.

I've had a few pieces of their jewelry for years with daily use and they stay looking good with infrequent cleaning, I change bags out seasonally, but they've stayed good during the long term.

This one was dog friendly.

Walked in , ready to buy an organizer purse after seeing it online . Wanted to feel it in person before spending 400 plus on it . No acknowledgment walked through whole store with sales people at front talking to each other . Another group of women were promptly greeting . Apparently I didn’t fit the profile . Sale lost , first rule of customer service , don’t judge how much someone can spend by their attire or appearance. Very disappointed.

Really loved my saleswoman and her knowledge and help with me buying Christmas presents for my girlfriend. However, this review is focused on the after-care/support of their merchandise which I am extremely disappointed about. I purchased 4 items from them, one being a purse. It was a surprise Christmas present for my girlfriend and the purse was $370. When my girlfriend opened it she loved it, but because she is 5’1” and petite the purse hung too low and rested almost to her knees when carrying it on her shoulder. We called to see if Brighton would help us with the situation with either another strap or maybe making another few holes in the strap to make the strap shorter but they were not helpful at all and just referred us to a ‘shoe maker’ and we would not be reimbursed. I don’t care if we weren’t reimbursed but to not stand by your product and refer us outside to someone random you don’t know is unacceptable. Very disappointing. Coach or Versace or Gucci would not do this to their customers. At the price point of the purse I purchased I would expect a little more from Brighton. Very disappointed.

I love Brighton!!! My husband got me hooked on the jewelry 14 years ago and I’ve been obsessed ever since. I am especially fond of this SanTan location. Every time I go in I receive a friendly greeting and the staff is super helpful and so fun! They always look so great and professional so it makes me want to buy everything they’re wearing :). There are so many beautiful things in the store so I have a hard time narrowing down what to get. The gals there have been great at giving their input to help me decide. I feel like I’m shopping with my girlfriends when I go. Even when the store is busy the gals still go out of their way to make sure the customers feel welcome and offer water or cookies. This is the only Brighton I will visit and I’ve shopped at many locations in many states. Everyone who works there is great but the manager Hilary is especially amazing! I would give them many more stars if I could!

Just walked into and right out of this store after making eye contact with two different associates and no one said hello, asked if they could help me or even acknowledged my presence. In 2021, there are too many other places where I can spend my money! I don't have to endure this type of treatment and neither do you. We deserve better.

Love this location. Fiona and her team only give top notch service. The products that Brighton carries are only the best. Presentation is always on point and the store is always exceptionally clean. Thank you for above and beyond service each and every visit. So hard to find but not here:)
