This place is run by teenagers who don’t give a bleep about their job or this business.

I rented power equipment here that did’t work. It caused a huge disruption in my project plans and I had to go somewhere else to rent equipment that worked. I called and told the gal who answered that it was’t working and that I needed to bring it in for a refund. She told me that’s fine. I bring it back and the manager, Luke, wouldn’t refund me for renting an ancient POS that wouldn’t work (because the kid gave me the wrong unit) and said I should have traded it for the one that worked, even though the kid told me I had the only working one. My fault, Luk said. My loss.

They lost a customer who has spent thousands there (and probably would have spent thousands more) just because they didn’t want to give a $60 refund for a service they didn’t provide.

Glad there’s another option in town because I’d be going to St George to avoid this place.

I am from out of town and we went to Kanab to get away from all the hysteria going on. I stopped into Crosby’s just to grab something for my garden and I felt like I was back in my youth at the place my father loved to go. They were friendly and everyone knew each other and the owner and son knew all the customers, by name. I am so glad there are places still like this and anytime I am in Kanab I will definitely stop in and stock up on anything I will need. Thank you!
