I just called with an emergency (my fault) and Ryan took the time to make sure I ordered the correct part and also overnighted to me even though that’s not an option on their site. Absolutely thrilled with his customer service skills and will continue to shop with these guys. Also some of the highest quality optical gear for hunting!

I started doing business with outdoorsmans in 2019 when I found out about there bino adapter. That thing is amazing. Since then I have purchased several small things over the course of a few years. So this year I figured I would order some binoculars. It didn't go so great from there. I told my wife let's order our optics from a few different companies to see what company is fastest......
...well both other companies sent optics right away and there product arrived long before outdoorsmans. So I called to check status of my order. Just to find out that they didn't seem to care.They took my money and the product wasn't even in stock. I was told it was my job to call them to see what is available. And then told I couldn't be upset or mad over my complaint. I think it's sad when companies get bigger and then start acting like they don't need your business. ($2000.00 worth) I also ended up arguing over there optics trade in as well. They claimed to be optics experts but they weren't even giving me a quote on the "exact" model of binoculars. I will sadly never do business with outdoorsmans again.
