This corner store used to be the go to since 2009 since it was the ONLY gas station to provide for people that live in Waddell. The owners made bank for so many years being the only gas station available / are still making bank !
Service and keeping up the premises had gone down tremendously in the last few months since the new “ manager” Teresa , former cashier(, lack of recruiting or offering more money to other qualifing employees) appointed. Terrible!
The bathrooms are not available at any time!
She befriends drug addicts( as per an employee) that were banned from Walmart and other stores and tells them it’s ok to camp on the side of the store, have a sit on milk crates next to the car wash , come out of the blue and approach customers
The lack of staging the cold coolers( even though customers can see they’re available it through the glass doors)
I left handwritten notes with the cashiers for Teresa asking if she can, like before, put a request for items. She ignores it.
I wonder how the owner of this franchise feels about it?

The outside of the store is in deplorable condition.

When I asked the cashiers on duty about the phone number for the owner of the store/ franchise., none had it available!
I don’t recommend this gas station!

If the owner / renter of this location reads this, with so many gas stations being build around here , you should outraged

This place plays unmutable, unskippable ads on the pumps you pay for gas. Awful "service" and I will never be back here. The audacity to charge me money to watch ads is unreal.

They monopolize and price gouge. This place is good for propane only . Other than that they are a ripoff.

Clean store however, if food is served, there should be restrooms to wash hands before customers handle and eat their food? Not happy about being told no restrooms. Bought gas and was going to buy snacks and pizza but, walked out.

Had a flat tire and was able to pull in here. Went inside to ask if could use the restroom while I waited for a family member to come help me. Refused to let me use the bathroom even if I purchased something. Lady was rude. Will never come to this gas station or purchase anything from here again after this experience. Single mom with a flat tire and a toddler can’t even use the restroom at a place of business even after purchasing something.

This is the 3rd time I’ve come to this Chevron and denied propane. I thought that’s what gas stations are for.

I think the store is great. Sure, there are a few employee's that aren't very helpful but that is everywhere you go. For as busy as this place is, I think the Clerks and Manager do an awesome job. The bathrooms might not be spic and span all the time but what do you expect with 500 or more people using it all throughout the day. For as busy as it is, I think they do a great job. They have my business. New pumps are coming too!!!!
