Today I have the pleasure of meeting and working with Karen and talked with Dan on the phone. It was an amazing experience. Karen didn’t make me feel rushed. She didn’t try to push other products on me. I explained what I was looking for she took me to try all the mattress and we did process of elimination. It was actually a fun experience.
