The room is spacious with a nice view. I stayed here for my Long weekend thanksgiving holiday. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet. The free airport shuttle is so fast and drivers are very polite. The staffs considered my requests upon booking this hotel to have early check in coz I arrived before 7am. The only thing that I didn’t have in my room is a kettle and microwave to heat some foods. But overall its a good experience. I will definitely go back and stay here again.

Housekeeping service at this hotel is terrible. The first day they cleaned the room well. The second day they only made the bed, and very poorly. The third day they didn't clean the room at all - garbage cans were full, we didn't have any towels or coffee supplies. After calling them twice to make sure the room is cleaned we came back to the room to find it not cleaned at all. They brought coffee supplies to the room after the second call but didn't bring any cups. Do not use the glass cups in the room - they are not washed and were visibly just wiped off. Use only the disposable cups.
After complaining so much they finally cleaned the room on the 4th day and left coffee supplies and fresh towels. But their housekeepers are not trained properly. They don't know which side is the top of the duvet and which side is the bottom. All night the open part (the bottom side) kept bothering me. I think they hire whoever they can find without really training them. I don't recommend this hotel at all. The only good thing about it is that it's near the airport and restaurants.
Also, the receptionists at the hotel are not polite or friendly at all. They never smile, thank you or even greet you. They all seem very unhappy to be there! Or maybe all hotels in Canada are like this and this is normal.

We stayed three nights August 15th to 18. The toilet flashed itself every 30 minutes, when reported nothing fixed. The price we paid, and quality of the room not worthed.| |Checked out Sunday morning front desk lady informed us that I have balance of $96 for parking, gave her $100 bill gave my change. After looking my credit card statement find out, I been charged my Amex same $96. When I called the hotel, I been informed that it is not showing $96 cash I paid.

An exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff goes above and beyond. I had the lovely opportunity to have interactions with Vic ( manager) and Francis who works at the restaurant. Both of these employees are true gems. Thank you for making my stay at his hospital so special. I hope Westin knows how fortunate they are to have you working for them.|I must say I haven't stayed here in over a decade and I love all of the updates to the hotel, the rooms are beautiful, beds are very comfortable but at the end of the day it was the staff that made this stay so amazing. Thank you

Great hotel. Rooms are nice, pool and gym are amazing. Service was a little off. I was given the wrong room, when switched my parking ticket didn't work, the security guy wasn't helpful. Maybe it was an off day. The manager was and made things right but it was a struggle. All in all this place is really nice and super close to the airport so I would recommend staying here.

This place is worn out. It should be a 2 star. You can’t control the temperature in the room. The thermostat is there for show. Mattresses are 10 years past due. They havey spent $1 on renovations in over 30 years.

The staff here is outstanding. Every request is met with a smile and needs are anticipated. Your glass is always full here 🙂 Bar staff, restaurant wait staff, late night food delivery, front desk and the manager were all personable, helpful, and carried a happy warmth that radiated positivity during my stay. Thank you to all of the people that make this property great.
The food on each menu is also excellent! A very wide selection of world cuisine that has options for sensitivities but doesn’t lack flavor. Coconut rice bowl with tofu is my favorite!
