The manager, Daniel , short small fellow with reddish hair, has the worst customer service skills I have ever witnessed in management. Very condescending, arrogant , and rude just to name a few. Every other employee encountered on our 7 day stay has been very polite , enjoyable , and helpful. We are checking out this morning due to this manager acting as he did. To start we checked in with travel agent credentials, we were promised the same rate for 15 days. Not only did we not get the same rate we were charged well over $400 a couple nights. He fixed this (with attitude) said he would match the $199 rate but when receiving the paperwork it was not matched. Nor was the $136 we were promised matched. I am a college educated established man and yet he speaks down to me as though I’m a child . While asking for clarification on payment because I didn’t want a night not paid for , his response was (“ well I’m closing out this pending because you said you had pending so if something is floating around out there in cyber space we will fix you right up”) he said this with a mocking tone. Every employee here is very amazing but with this leadership and his napoleon complex tying the hands of employees being amazing I do not recommend . Also during our stay we had several things go missing within 2 days when we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Which we put up because when room service ( which we asked not to come in) came in and plainly we could see they decided to touch and move our personal affects. Yes they are a big hotel chain they are right by the airport , they will get business no matter the reviews, but it is not worth the price nor the attitude you will face from the small insignificant manager who wants to establish dominance through his title. We will be going to a better quality hotel with better customer service to finish our remaining 7 days.

The front desk agent named Love is awesome! Perfessional and very friendly. Needless to say, having great customer service after a long day of travel is fantastic. Large rooms at affordable rates. Very convenient shuttle schedule to the airport.

I didn't remember the night persons name but she was amazing and so helpful. We flew into Denver our flight had been cancelled and we were stuck in Denver for the night. We made a reservation for this hotel when we got there at midnight we found out we had accidentally made our reservation for the one in centennial. The clerk was so nice. They were booked. The clerk called a couple different hotels and found us a room at the Hyatt house and also had the shuttle take us to the other hotel. We are exhausted from dealing with canceled flights and delays. Thank you again to the night clerk for helped us. Thank you for your kindness and willingness to go the extra mile to help someone out. That is rare to find these days. Most people don't do that anymore. You have a gem.

Location is convenient to the airport, shopping, and several restaurants are within walking distance. Rooms were clean, well maintained, and housekeeping staff were always very friendly and helpful.
The front desk staff in the afternoon and evening were unacceptable in their lack of professionalism. Very rarely were they ever at the desk but instead smoking out front or eating and watching obnoxiously loud movies on their iPads at tables in the lobby(I thought they were guests). There was no way to identify them as employees such as a name tag or branded clothing items. It was of great effort for them to remove themselves from in front of their iPads and chips. Was met with a surely attitude whenever I pulled them away from their cigarette or their snacking with a simple request. There are numerous other options for hotels in immediate vicinity and I suggest you use those.

We are Hilton Diamond Members and we always enjoy staying at this property. Sweet Pea, the front desk assistant, was especially helpful as we checked in and she took care of us.

Very clean, spacious room, well lighted, good water pressure and quiet.

The breakfast is not quite up to any Hilton property standards, but it worked.

The airport shuttle was on time and worked very well.

We highly recommend this hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton. Neat room and convenient location.
Sweet P at the concierge desk was amazing and incredibly helpful. She truly understands customer service. Sweet P went above and beyond to deliver a fantastic experience for me and my wife. Kudos to her!

Update: David the manager was very kind & made the so to situation right. I am very appreciative that he was so nice on the phone and was able to do what he could.

I feel awful about writing a review but I gave the hotel time to respond to this experience and they have not. When I arrived to our room (416) there was a pungent odor of a perfume like smell & sewage. We inspected the room for awhile and couldn’t locate where it was. After a long day of driving we came to what we thought was an answer that maybe somebody had just used our bathroom before we arrived and it was still smelling. We put our son down for the night but the smell was increasingly getting worse. We discovered after opening cabinets that there was a repulsive smell where the garbage disposal was. We ended up calling downstairs and they offered to bring us up something to put down the disposable to help with the stench. We were so tired and did not want to wake our son or we would have asked to move. We accepted the fact that the room was going to stink. Hours went by and the smell was becoming worse and worse to the point we were unable to sleep. I would guess around midnight/1am we called and requested to move. Now after our all day drive we had to repack everything late at night to move to another room.

After thinking about this situation longer it was very apparent that the putrid smell was obviously discovered and somebody attempted to cover the smell with an abundance of fake scent. The other rooms that some family members also rented did not smell of the fake scent.

I do not feel it is appropriate to allow somebody in a room that smelled so horrible and to charge them for it.

This was a very disappointing experience and unfortunately added stress to not only myself but to my entire family staying in the room.

I have emailed 2 different managers about our experience and have received no email back. At check out I explained the situation and they offered $20 off. That is insulting.

I really wish after a long day of traveling we would have had a better experience…

Good stay within the preferred chain. Not large expectations, and it is usually a pretty solid stay. One of the advantages is you can walk to a few places to eat on Tower Road. Beautiful sunset views on clear days. Rooms are good size, workable, and typically clean. I was a bit unimpressed with the check-in and overall service, but again, there were not huge expectations. I may or may not return with a few other options, same area.
