Hampton Inns are usually pretty basic, but I was surprised how nice the room was. Nothing fancy, but recently renovated and lots of nice little touches. For a Hampton Inn, I was very satisfied. Service was good too. Again, basic, but not in a bad way, just what you'd expect for the price (this isn't a Ritz...). But while it was basic, I still found it very welcoming. Natasha in particular was very warm and friendly, and also very helpful.

Not sure why anyone would want to go to North Vegas, but if you ever did, I suppose this would be the place to stay. Certainly, I'd consider myself lucky to stay at another hotel where the staff were as nice and helpful.

Natasha was superb, outstanding and awesome customer service. I stayed at her property over Labor Day weekend. My Mustang Mach 1 sidewall was punctured and I needed to get a replacement tire. Since it was the holiday, she graciously allowed me to leave my car for three days because I had to take my wife back to Utah. Plus, she allowed me to use the Jack in her car to change my tire.

She is the epitome of the word customer service. I recommend an immediate pay raise and promotion. Such a wonderful person you have as an employee. Make her region employee of the year!!!!

Nicely appointed, newer, clean rooms with all the modern amenities. Friendly staff. Good breakfast in a spacious area. Dog friendly. Easy access to the freeway and eateries. We will be staying here again.............................

Coffee available 24/7 is always an appreciated free amenity. Front desk lady with the dark wavy/curly hair was friendly and professional which makes a difference as you come in from a long day of driving. Breakfast options were very reasonable and there was even 2 staff present to re-stock.|Pet fee for a Las Vegas hotel was also very reasonable at $25/day. However, I always wonder why is it per day? It is not like we expect a full room clean every day and some hotels have even started stating that they will only clean the room every other day. |So despite this fee, it was sad to see a corner section of the back of the hotel that was all small rocks/pebbles with zero grass as the "pet relief area". As Las Vegas is baking with 100+ degree days, its unbearable to even think of bringing our dog to use this area. Poop bags were available from the dispenser which is always a plus but we had to go find grass in front of the hotel and on the footpath heading towards the Convention Center. |In summary, grateful that the hotel accepts pets with a reasonable pet fee but would really appreciate a grassy (real or fake is fine) section for the pet relief area.

We were in town for a very sad occasion. However, this Hampton Inn, everyone one especially Ms. Natasha Lewis-Clark and the lady who manages the kitchen area made our stay so wonderful. I have NO COMPLAINTS...the best of ACCOLADES ONLY. THANK YOU ALL

I’ve tried reaching the hotel manager and finally was told tonight by a staff member that she doesn’t know when the manager will be in…..

I have stayed at a lot of Hampton properties and by far this one has left me speechless…

This all started when they could not help me at the counter with my digital key as it still is not working but that’s just the tip of this stay…

As I entered my room there was blue duct tape on the hallway in the room and walls of the room as if it was just painted and not cleaned. As my phone was dying I went and plugged my phone into the wall outlets in the south side of the room and no power at all… I plugged it in on the north side of bed and it worked.

As I thought it was weird I grabbed a worker in the hall as I was on my way down and let the worker know of the issue and to please take care of when I leave in the am. As while I was in line checking in the desk clerk told a previous guest they are sold out and no rooms available as he had an issue as well. Thats why I didn’t ask to change rooms.

As that morning I went and showered and the other reviews I have read tonight are very correct and not mis leading as there is no HOT WATER it is cold with maybe a dash of warm water… Again this is definitely not the experience you should receive at a Hilton property…

As I left for the day I left everything right where it was so they could handle it during the work day.

During the day I received a text message from The hotel asking how my stay was and please give it a rating.. I gave It I think a 2 a lady by the name Natasha said I’m sorry to hear that and what can I do to make it better? In detail I explained everything and that was the end of the conversation no reply back or anything.

I got back into my room from a long day as it’s 9pm I walk in and the duct tape is still there in the spot as it fell off the wall during the day, duct tape still in hallway and the power outlets still not working along with the wrapper that is till there from when I got in. But THEY CAME IN AND MADE MY BED AND THATS IT no vacuuming no bathroom clean and the trash still had my q tips from this morning in it!!!!!!! So I called downstairs and the gal at the counter of course this isn’t her fault as she is just working the night shift states she apologizes and will get with a manager first thing whenever they come in.

Just as of right now I wanna say I stay at a lot of Hilton properties here on the west coast and this by far is not up to standards as a guest would expect. When you think of a Hampton (for me personally) you think of service, cleanliness, and comfort and you know it’s always a safe bet..

But I’ve been reading a-lot of reviews and now I think I need to start reading them before I stay at a Hampton as this was an eye opener. Please Hilton get these issues fixed and take accountability as your members come to your hotel expecting things as I stated above and to be let down like this is just crazy.

Great breakfast. Customer service at check-in was slow, and a no care attitude. Not a value. They could not find my reservation.
