The lady in the office is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. Considering the state of this place she should be happy anyone would be willing to stay there. She actually called the police because we wanted to leave and the police were just as racist as she was. Do not stay here.

I stayed here on business for a couple months and never missed a single payment! But it's important for all of you people to know these things so read them. Complete trash! boiler goes out for a week no hot water unsanitary violating health codes, won't comp anything. Maid service is trash, they won't do their job, they don't speak English, non if them! They look at you like your worthless, not only that they have the audacity to leave these little envelopes in your room asking for tips like they're worth tipping when doing their job is like pulling teeth. Tips are earned not given they weren't given where you were living before they aren't given now! Maintenance complete trash, hardly shows up to work, never fixes anything you can ask and ask and ask for something to be fixed they just write it down on a piece of paper and say okay. Air conditionings squeak, Windows leak, shower knobs fall off, kitchen sink knobs fall off refrigerators break down and freeze over, hallways smell like fentanyl! complete trash worthless. Management doesn't care. They just shrugged their shoulders and say I don't know what to tell you.
Location is horrible absolutely horrible all because Sheridan Police constantly harassing people, people in wheelchairs people standing outside waiting for a ride whatever the case may be, all the time when they're in their cars outside smoking, anything you do past 9:00 at night in the parking lot of this hotel Sheridan police will harass you for no reason. They will literally drive up and down the parking lot shining their lights into cars as if somebody is minding their business doing nothing wrong un-controllable power tripping small town bullshit! Fake cops with guns!
Do not stay here this place is falling apart and nobody's being held accountable! If you don't believe me come see for yourself.

My review is based on the most incredibly bad customer service I've had. I reserved a suite at this location the night before I needed to check in. I ordered a room with two queen beds. So, the following day I arrived at the property to check into our suite. The lady at the front desk promptly told me in no uncertain terms that she didn't have a reservation for me in her computer. She couldn't do anything for me until the reservation appeared on the computer, whenever that may be. Even when I showed her the confirmation she would not even try to help me and said that I would have to talk to someone in reservations. I called reservations, but they weren't much more help. Basically they could put us into a different property, but it would cost considerably more since they would not honor the original reservation cost. As a result we cancelled the reservation and promised to write a negative review. I will never use this company ever!

Over all my experience here was decent . But I'm still concerned about my first reservation where In town took $63.00 from my account for a no show. However , I arrived at the property at 5:30 pm and no one was in the office . I thought maybe they were on a break so I stood waiting and noone ever came back to the office which closes at 7:00pm. I stood waiting way after 7pm hoping and praying someone would come to help me but no one ever showed up. I have to go stay at another motel which charged me double . When I mentioned this to the front desk they just shrugged it off . I made so many calls to reservations that evening and they too were unable to reach any one before 7pm . I called and submitted many feedback forms but never heard back from a soul . Which is rather disappointing. I still want my money back . Them not being in the office at 5:30 pm is not my fault . Therefore I am making another request to get my $63 back .

InTown Suites provided me a very comfortable long term stay. They offer renovated rooms which is what I opted for, and it was beautiful! I had comfortable access to WiFi and Dish, staff was prompt, kind, reliable and always attentive to the property. The halls always smelled nice and were clean, and the cleaning team set clear expectations on when they'd arrive to service each room weekly. I'm really looking forward to my next stay. This location is also a 5 min drive to Riverpoint and within walking distance of two gas stations/convenience stores, food and bus routes. Highly recommend this for a long stay to anyone!

I must say this Intown suites really welcomed me and made me feel like family the front office Manager Mrs. Christiana really friendly and funny she's very welcomeing and oh so sweet being that's it's on Federal Blvd I thought it would be ghetto but it wasn't I would recommend anyone who is needing a temporary home for whatever reason this Intown suites is the place to give you that warm welcome. I will say some of the housekeepers aren't on there jobs and you may not get your room cleaned on your days but if you are like me just clean your own room but overall I loved it and I'll miss the staff there so much. We arrived and were told that our two reserved rooms were on completely opposite sides of the property. We were offered the chance to look at the rooms before accepting them and were also told we could cancel for free if we did not like them. We did look. On the way to our rooms we heard crying babies, many different rooms had people arguing inside, we smelled all sorts of cooking and noticed the ventilation to be very poor, we saw children running in the hall and heard dogs barking in several rooms. Inside the proposed rooms, they looked absolutely nothing like the pictures, being dingy, old furniture, old beds and smelled stale, definitely not white, fresh and clean like the pictures.
We might have stayed anyway, if the rooms were closer together and if there was a fee to cancel, but with them far apart and the fact that we have a few children, we could not see how.
We went back and told the woman at the desk we would not be staying and please cancel and asked if she is positive we can cancel for free, she affirmed yes so we have the keys back, left and found another location to stay. A few days later we noticed they charged us a $60 cancellation fee for each room.
This place is very disappointing. Do not stay.

Some staff is absolutely amazing and I wish they could go and work somewhere better then this. They deserve to represent something and somewhere amazing. The pictures on the site when booking is not what I got at all. To be honest until I got a better rate at a top hotel under Hilton I thought that I was getting a deal but instead I was getting ripped off. Its not ran as a hotel more of a apartment complex that only offers extremally small tight. People hang outside around the entrances all around the building day and night. Hallways reek of cigarette smell and weed the carpets or nasty even the walls and we will not start on the showers (no tubs at all) the upgrades are joke they just added shelves and curtains to cover spaces nothing changes except the price. If your not there to tell the cleaning women what to clean they will only make your bed and they only come once a week sometimes that won't show at all. You have to supply your own everything except trash bags but soap tissue towels all on you. I was paying over $1300 to $1400 depending on how they feel. I tried to even move to an upgraded room but was told the hotel overbooked so they kicked my reservation and told me I could keep the same room if I wanted to. Then I made a friend and she was killed while people stood and watched and then the found dead bodies in rooms. It kept happening and still is this crazy that they can over charge people to stay there. And $423 a week is not a deal either. Its should not be listed as a hotel but a complex of many small box size studios.
