It's been a while since we've stayed in a Hampton, but after Embassy Suites started charging for parking we decided we'd be happy with a little downgrade.||This Hampton had a very thoughtfully decorated room given the chains' mid-priced status. Checkin was super friendly, especially by Denver/Aurora standards. Best of all was the location, convenient to a major hub off I-225, but set far enough back to be surprisingly quiet and conducive to a good night's sleep.

Nice modern designed hotel ?. The shower ? and the bathroom were very nice with a cool floor drain in the shower. The breakfast was pretty good. The pre-made omelets were a little bit plain, but the rest was good. The area was very well designed with cool artwork and seating area.

Such a clean hotel and it looks like it just recently opened which was real nice. The rooms were so modern and spacious it was the better hotel from my stay at Denver and definitely will be where I stay next time

They got bugs. Find somewhere else to stay.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this one was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ll start by saying; their rooms are OK, showers are beautiful, pool stays open till midnight and free breakfast.. great right? NOT. The service there is TERRIBLE. The first time I stayed there a front desk worker aggressively harassed my partner/guest and stole food right out of his hands, he was very unprofessional and that situation could’ve been a lot worse but he still works there. I came back a second time dispite the issue, since they did offer a refund - I thought “okay maybe they DID make it right and he won’t be there to cause more issues..” well, during our second stay we awoke to find ourselves covered in BUG BITES. Manager never bothered to call back till I reached back out a 3rd time. (front desk claims managers aren’t around often) Manager tried to say they didn’t find any bugs - so I presume they did not treat the room and have someone else staying in the bug infested room. They offered a refund to “make it right” and told me I wouldn’t be able to book there again: not that I would want to anyways… I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and HAVE NEVER woken up in the bed COVERED IN BED BUG BITES.

Beyond disgusted and disappointed in this hotel and their staff. Hotel is beautiful but their staff is not and bugs are a big big issue that is absolutely unacceptable.

The plug in the bathroom sink was stuck and wouldn’t drain so my family and I had to use the shower faucet every time we needed to wash our hands and brush our teeth.
The shower was also running the whole night because the faucet wouldn’t turn off the whole way. We could barely sleep at night due to the noise.

My bf called down to the front desk and they said no maintenance was there at night and they couldn’t move us to a different room because all the two bed rooms were taken.

In the morning, I went to the desk to talk about what happened and they told me they put notes in my reservation.. I then asked for a refund and was told I would get a call from a manager but never did. I would appreciate a follow up.

I just tried calling this property around 630am 10/11/24. That means they would have worked the shift 10/10.The night auditor keep hanging up on me. Put ne on hold without saying anything and then finally left the phone off the hook. Disappointing and I haven't even checked in yet. My reservation is for today. Might take my business elsewhere. What a rough start. His name is Bailey and was very rude when I finally got him on the phone. I'll be contacting Mr Patel about this as well! Also I verified my information with this individual and I want to add a name to the reservation. He still won't let and went on to keep saying that he's doing his job. Sorry but no your not ill be there to check in of course because it was on an employee rate but he was rude and told me I can't do it over the phone when that was false. I'll be requesting to talk to the owner Patel Mr Bailey

There's a tall guy working at night with sunken eyes and a nirvana hoodie that will harass and accost people out front, when they say they don't have any money to spare. He apparently works the front desk, though he did not look like it. He demanded I give my name, and when I said he was rude and I did not wish to talk to him as a paying customer with a room and key. He proceeded to steal the bag of McDonald's food I had just bought for myself and partner, then ran inside with it, even though I was outside going to make a call before going in.
I've never been treated more rudely or threatened in such a crude way at any hotel I've ever stayed at before. He kept saying that I must be trespassing even after I showed him my new room key. After I proved my name and room number in the system, he still never gave me his name, just that he was the manager currently since he was the only one there at night. Proceeded to threaten me, by telling me that if he saw me again that night, I would be considered trespassing and not be refunded for my room at all. I asked why he would be so rude and what happened to him that day to make him treat a customer so horribly. He still never gave any decent reason for his threatening activities or his name. Just offered his manager's name on the placard by the front desk. This is the worst hotel visit of my 33 years alive.
