Everything seemed to be out of order at this place. We've stayed at this La Quinta a few times before, but it has gone down hill. Neither treadmill worked, the a/c in the workout center was out of order and was replaced with a box fan with a broken off blade, the juice machine was out of order during breakfast hours & the coffee was out on multiple occasions. The staff even had two signs posted on the front counter in the mornings the read "Out of Order / Check out at 11:00 am" Kind of funny, the staff was out of order! The room was good from far, but far from good. We usually bring our own clorox wipes, index, and paper towels when we travel and wipe things down for 5-10 minutes to play it safe, but I think we spent 45-50 minutes cleaning this room. Like I said, far from good. They'll probably get a decent review from the next guests that stay in the room we had. I get the only have a few hours to clean several rooms, but if they want repeat customers, hire mo staff!

If you don't want to take a towel shower after taking a real shower, than this is not the place for you. Soap scum and other people's hair were coming out of the drain. It took hours for the water to subside. Staff were no help with this situation. I would give the cleanliness a negative star if I could. Walls were visibly dirty. Amenities were not there. No hot tub, store, full breakfast. People's vehicles were broken into and damaged.

After reading the reviews, I was nervous about our stay but ended up pleasantly surprised. It's a standard La Quinta with basic amenities, good-sized rooms, and free continental breakfast.

The hotel itself was very quiet and we didn't have any issues with noise from other rooms.

The hallways were very hot and humid, so we ended up rushing to our rooms from the elevator to keep cool. We did have an issue with one of the room's AC not working, but were promptly given a new room after contacting the front desk.

Rooms were cute but the walls could have used a scrubbing. Bedding was clean and mattresses were comfortable.

Uber to the strip cost around $15 to $20. Would consider staying here again.

The elevator looks like is one lift away from breaking down. Most of the machines in the hotel are out of order. The rooms smelt and I had an unidentified carpet stain. The customer's dog was barking day and night. The bathtub was dirty when arrived. I felt so uncomfortable during my stay, even the eggs tasted fake. I would not recommend this hotel.

I've stayed here twice when husband had surgery at Mountain view Hospital. Rooms are very clean. We stay in the handicapped rooms on first floor, but I have stayed on the 5th floor also. Rooms have hair dryers, irons etc and the total staff will give you what you need to make your stay a great experience. Pool is warm and swimming hours are until 10 pM. The breakfast is served between 6-9 weekdays and is quite a good menu. You can have scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, juices, fruits or yogurt. All in all a great place to stay. We will definitely return.

My experience at this La Quinta exceeded my expectations. We had read some terrible reviews on google while driving to stay in the hotel. I was afraid it would be terrible and my family had booked 3 rooms. When I voiced my concerns to the front desk, they were so nice and patient, they let me see the room before I agreed to stay, the place was clean, no holes in the elevator floor and the bathroom was clean with toilet attached. No evidence of bed bugs, there was a dog chewed side table, but otherwise well maintained. The pool was open, the hot tub was waiting to be repaired. We ate breakfast two mornings, it was aways well stocked, clean and only hotel guests in attendance. There is also a pretty outside eating area that was nice and contained for the kids to play and eat.

The very best part of our stay was the staff! Everyone was so kind, helpful and welcoming. They are the reason I'm rating higher.

Otherwise - the whole building and the rooms are dated and many things in disrepair. Our bathroom doors were broken, mold in bathtub/shower, dirty windows. Our door handle was nearly broken so getting the key card to work took multiple, multiple tries every time. The elevators had peeling wallpaper(?) and paint, many things had "out of order" signs (lobby water fountains, ice machines). Hot tub was disgusting - full of trash. Room number signs fell off and just laying on the floor.

Wyndham you can do better - the facilities should match the excellent guest services staff that you have at this location! They care about your guests.

Room was not ready at check in. I had to wait over an hour. Per management, they were short staffed and that's why the room wasn't ready. I understand times can be tough. Management and the ancillary
staff were apologetic but, they apologized in a condesending manner. Sincerity goes a long way. Initially, the room looked clean. Once the bed was opened, the sheets had stains. It appears the laundry was not properly laundered or the bedding was not properly changed. The water pressure in the shower is weak. The drainage system in the tub drains slow so when you're showering, your feet are in dirty water which made me feel dirty while trying to clean myself. And there was another persons hair on the ADA bench in the tub. The room wasn't ready when I arrived and it appears the room was cleaned in a rush. I do like the decorum of the room, the design of the room, the condition of the carpet, and the office chair at the desk in the room.
Next time I want to visit Vegas, I'll look into what a resort hotel has to offer.
I will submit my concerns to Management and hopefully my concerns will be acknowledged and I can enjoy the rest of my 4 night stay.
My concerns were addressed and I enjoyed the rest of my stay.
