Was an excellent hotel to sleep in great location to Denver Colorado Springs Boulder, Colorado. Hotel was clean tidy staff was amazing at the front desk was fantastic. Well set up nice and organized. Very helpful with for day trip ideas but would highly recommend this hotel rate per night was well set. If there was six stars I would give this hotel at six star.

While usually this is one of the places I choose to stay (even off per diem) when I travel back to the office, this stay has changed that. What was supposed to be a six-night stay turned into a four-night stay due to the attitude and poor service at this location.

Breakfast was supposedly included in the rate and was to stop at 9am. Four days in a row, I stopped at the bar and found there was no food (eggs or sausage) and just an empty steam tray. Even when arriving each day arriving downstairs before 9am (Tues 835, Wed 850, Thurs 855, Fri 853).

On Thursday night, I stopped by the front desk and spoke briefly with the GM Natalie. Confirmed that breakfast indeed closed at 9a, then proceeded upstairs.

Friday morning, came down at 853 and there was no food for the fourth day. Ended up getting a snarky remark about food being cleaned up by the Kitchen worker. Went back upstairs and began packing. Went back to the desk at 901a to check out and get an extra garment bag. Natalie was called up to assist. Got a key card to enter room once more.

At approximately 916a, I was headed out. And as I passed the front desk I could hear Natalie fussing to another person. “I’m not making another batch for one guest. Every night he asks if breakfast ends at 9am and then he comes down at approximately 910, thinking we should cater to him…” At this point I popped my head around the corner and made it clear that not only could I hear her, that her statement was completely incorrect. — I was absolutely appalled that she felt empowered enough to not only speak about me that way, but loud enough that myself and others could hear her up front.

I called a bit later thinking I left a water bottle in the room, ended up speaking to Natalie, there was no apology or tone that indicated anything out of the ordinary. Her desk clerk, called back a bit later with status on the bottle and then attempted to apologize for her General Manager.

Really disappointed that Powdered Eggs and Sausage patties were that “expensive” or “trouble” to be able to serve guests. There were multiple other guests that were either unserved when I went down or also had to ask for food.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Rooms were kind of dated but they were clean and had everything you would need. The free breakfast was nice and had a good variety. I wanted to give a special shoutout to Cindy, who was very caring and attentive to our needs.

A great stay for both my Mom and me. This place is clean and well managed. The staff are INCREDIBLY nice, I mean 5-star service! The breakfast was well stocked and pleasant, good time availability. I felt safe and secure, parking was never a hassle; I appreciated having a good fridge in the room.
Will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit my brother.

Our flight landed late Thursday night (Friday morning). We ended up getting to the hotel around 2:30am on 6/14. Upon entering, the front desk attendant immediately informed us that she wouldnt be able to check us in "for a few minutes" so she could run an audit. We continually went up to the desk, asking for an update, and could tell the attendant was getting impatient with us.

25 minutes later, the audit was finally done. We didn't get an apology or any attempt to remedy the issue and were met with frustration trying to check in as the credit card reader kept failing and couldn't read the card.

We finally got into the hotel room a little after 3am. Quite a frustrating turn of events when you expect your hotel room to be ready for check-in, especially at such a late hour, and when the staff isn't friendly about it at all.

I do, however, want to give a shout-out to Cindy at breakfast. She was attentive, caring, and so kind. She went the extra mile to make sure all of our needs were taken care of.

I can't speak of the rooms, but I popped into the lobby/business area while waiting on a friend (and made sure to purchase something from concessions out of consideration). FairField allows WiFi for non-guests, and the outlets here are in the seats. They had a few interesting books I'd discovered, as well -- it was refreshing actively seeing multicultural guests and books.

The concierge was friendly; they helped me recover a missing item I left in one of the chairs I melted into.

Positive: "" Negative: I'd narrowed my choices to 2 hotels, based on specific amenities (hot tub). Chose this one only to learn that, even though the hotel description claims they have a hot tub...they do not. That little disappointment was enough to taint our entire experience.

Conveniently located next to the 470 turnpike, and near the I-25. Plenty of food options nearby, with a Starbucks across the street. The C470 bike/wall trail is less than 0.1 min from the front of the hotel as well. This would be 5 stars except that it is an older hotel, and the rooms are starting to show it. The TV didn't work all week, the curtains didn't fully close, and the sink smelled horribly when used. However, room service was performed daily (rare these days) and they did a good job, and the staff was very nice and courteous.
